have you try something called ANGUILAS? they are little long white things almost like tiny little baby snakes but very tiny almost smaller then your finger. you cook them and you see them at the sea food shops... anguilas... spain has it and france has them and its quite popular.. you fried them with ather extra things... anguilas are like alittle tiny white thin snake with black eyes showing,, google it... anguilas.

ive never seen anything like it.. What on earth is these thin slim things? its almost like there is a magnet under the table... can you please explain in easier details what on earth is it? is it really food or just a talking plant as they say in the 90's ? It looks strange is it alive creatures? or is it a fish with the skin shaved all over ?

@SONYV10 the heat from the food that causes the movement. It works in the same way as stretched plastic wrap when it has been placed on a hot iron, the heat causes the particles to vibrate and move apart, bringing back the plastic's original shape. the flakes are shaved thin to shrink the mass, so when the particles vibrate it is alot more evident and can be seen as movement as the particles move away. After a while those flakes should shrink and they would eventually stop.

I remember back in 1994 when the first sushi train apeared in sunnybank i thought wow that looks like space and modern art food.. never seen sushi meal such like it... but that was back in 1994 when i first seen it happening in brissie.
