@0uendanagent In the world of Trauma Center, HIV and cancer have been permanently dealt with and are no worse than the Black Plague is to us now (Black Plague can be treated with antibiotics). Also, we CAN cure SOME kinds of cancers, just not all of them, and each has to be dealt with in a very specific way. We do seem to have a full understanding of what causes cancer: it's when the dividing of cells goes horribly wrong. But there are many, many possible causes of this.

@killthemwithfirelol Probably because I still got a 50 chain by that time. Getting XS ranks is more about keeping the bonuses (including chain, time, no miss, etc.)

That doesn't seem to apply to me. All bonuses + all cool's = S only! According to what others have told me, whenever you mess up in any way (including the bursting of the hematomas) you can't get a XS rank. What i think happened is the rules are a bit more relaxed in your case due to the intense difficulty of this particular surgery...

Normally I try to kill all the siges in one fell swoop :P Circle the whole gel and scapel and defeat them all at once, helps your timing, not sure about the chains though

i might be weird, but this is my list from easiest to hardest... 1. Kyriaki 2. Nous 3. Pempti 4. Sige 5. Bythos 6. Aletheia 7. Tetari Tetari is hardest, weird huh... Once I have used all 5 minutes of X mission Tetari spamming misses trying to remember the colors. =_= Your a good vein cutter, you do it perfectly almost everytime... I've been stuck on X-7, and I got to the end once and I hit the red vein. I was like WOW... WTFFFFFFFFF But a few days later I beat it ^_^

All I can say is stick your stylus right on top of that vein and don't move it until it snaps. Except for the last one. That one, you're going to have to lift your stylus right before that last pipe turns red.

Don't use the forceps to extract the tumors immediately. Let the Nous get away with the cutout spore on the patient. Each Nous can spawn only one tumor, so if you have two Nous left like you should, you will have only a 50% chance of spawning another tumor. If it does spawn another tumor, leave it on the patient as well, and no more tumors will appear. Extract them when Nous disappears and you will have enough time to defeat the Nous bodies.

Actually, there's a very easier way to deal with Nous if you aren't that fast. When they create a tumor, just leave it there and wait for them submerge again in the body. Then, quickly excise the tumor. When Nous come back, they won't create any tumor, leaving you enough time to excise one of them without slashing all over your touch screen ;D

I'm still stuck at Bythos, but, at least, i don't have any problem with those tumor bitches.

I have done it. It is more than possible. Really, the only part that is easier with two styli is Sige. The trick to treating Sige with one hand is not to bother attacking any on the left side of the patient because they are too far from the scapel. Other than that, there's no real difference.

You have to be really fast. Basically laser one and remove the core with the forceps ASAP! Inject then repeat for another core. Hopefully when Bythos starts making hemorrhages you would have taken out at least 2 or 3 cores, making it more manageable. It just takes a lot of practice.
