hey I know this sounds good but some people are poor and I learned that filling a tube sock up with rice, dried pinto beans, or buck wheat can help all you have to do is heat it up and your home free with a nice hot compress. I found heat helps mine so I asked around and got that tip and tryed it for the first time it helps. I may make a video if the next time my period comes and I try it again and works then I will tell you

We were learning about Pearl Harbor, "a day that will live in infamy" in Mrs Outram's social studies class.
