Custom Transition using Lens Flare Effect in Adobe Premiere Pro

nice transition! I find that the Black Video layer with the effect can be subsituted for and After Effects lens flare/ transition render nicely.

Is it possible (Without getting another program) to have the lens flare pan?

Ex: at 1 Second Its at top left, at 5 seconds Its middle then at 10 seconds it in bottom right?

i dont understand how my opacity has no 'blend mode' option...

i cant choose from that list you could, such as 'screen'. this is the only step blocking me from being able to do what i need to do. lol.
