War won't happen until 2013, Obama will stall, pretending to play diplomat until after he gets re-elected (assuming he does, his chances look pretty good right now) because he knows if he pulls the trigger now, he can kiss the Whitehouse bye bye. If the republicans win, war is all but certain, but if that happens they won't have a chance until 2013 anyhow.
