  • i just beat that sob im lvl 100

  • ok now we do the work, whoop! 'dies' lol you have the best lets play ever, please don't stop it again.

  • Hello, Amaterasu, from Okami!!

  • He did not get hit by all three of Sif's three hit combo. I never laughed so damned hard in a while. Great videos

  • These videos crack me up

  • Ghost sounds like me.. "I was blocking, I wasnt rolling, I wasnt rolling!" xD Its okay.. We all try to convince ourselves sometimes...

  • Another boss i loved was the penetrator in demon's souls with his goddamn penetrating magic sword :D i beat the flamelurker, dragon god,the thing in 5-1 that giant thing that sucks blood and the penetrator all in 1 life!!damn i felt god cuz everyone complains about how difficult flamelurker is!! ;D

  • I beat sif in 30 mins at lvl 28 with uchigatana +6 and soul arrows.it was quite challenging and i loved it.i was lvl 28 cuz i found him right after the taurus demon.no quelaag,no capra demon,no dragon bastard in the depths...damn sif bastard was so fucken good :D

  • wow, i cant believe what i read on here. why are people hating on someone who gives it his all, tries his best, and is , in my opinion HUGELY entertaining. and like blunthunt said, its a blind playthrough. dont watch the videos if you dont have anything nice to say. go ghost go!

  • If you guys find so many problems with the videos don't watch them ! It's a blind play through. If you want to see it go perfect watch rurikhans play through . Keep it up ghost

  • Stop skipping the dialogue DAMMIT!!!111

  • @Sift dont be such a fucking dick how about you go kill yourself instead of watching video's you dont like

  • @Bar4666 "Don't be such a dick" "Go kill yourself"

Lol okay son, glad you just proved you're literally 5 years old, go suck your moms teat and whine somewhere else you poor excuse of a human being.

  • @Sift OH HEEEEELL NAW!!! :)

  • @Sift

You call someone else a 5 year old for saying literally the exact same thing you said to you. I think you are the one who proved you're 5 years old.

  • Amaterasu on steroids....... Cool

  • how does a giant wolf learn how to use a giant sword like that

  • Sif is pretty easy if you wait for him to attack first. If you have enough stamina he can't even hurt you as none of his attacks are unblockable. Plus, since a recent update increased the lock-on range it's alot easier to keep track of him. Get a couple of attacks in then block. Wait for his strings to finish then stay under his belly and hack away!!!

  • I don't know about u guys but this boss was the most powerful boss for me dark souls even Lord Gwen was easy... And ghost give the game some attention its a massive alot of things u can discover for exp..u cold get the Ninga Ring from this covenant by killing that unseen ninga before ending the covenant and for this boss go back to sens fortress and get the lightning spear by killing that monster box its very powerfull

  • Ghost, from now on just get attunement to 16, endurance to 40 and afterwards just pile the rest into health. If you kill havel you can get his ring. Then you will find havels armor just wear it until you find the giant blacksmith. buy the giants armor and level it up. Its so worth it. wear havels ring and ring of favor and protection after you kill lautrec.

  • Wait so when you join that covenant you can't farm those bandits anymore???

  • ummmmm you lost one of the best merchants in the game when you attacked alvina.....

  • Quite frankly, I'm a lot better at Dark Souls than you are. And I've never been able to win against Sif =P I can take the baddest enemies no problem, Gwyn without taking damage, but I always have to give the controller to my boyfriend for Sif...

  • @iFukuyama just get under him and use fire makes it much easier

  • @HarokeTV I always mess it up. And on consecutive playthroughs I don't have nearly enough pyromancy uses to do significant damage. I know he's not that hard without fire either; I've seen him getting destroyed with little effort, but I can't read him for shit =/

My main guy is SL310, it's a bitch to upgrade anything anymore, and I'm ways off the next attunement slot.

  • @iFukuyama i got my ass kicked against him alot in fact i couldnt stand blighttown so i spend a long time farming in the forest i was like level 75 when i fought the wolf and level 80 when i finally made it through blight town i dont think i was supposed to do that but it was fun

  • Try humanity in Dark Souls lingo means summon another player.

  • They're both 100% physical which is the only thing that matters. The damage it does is irrelevant when used in left hand. Baulder has higher stability. Read the menus, please!

  • You are a great Dark Souls player Ghost! You are already doing better then I was on my first try.

  • Why? Because that;s what you get for not listening to what the cat said and slipping her.

  • Ornstein & Smough is gonna be a epic fight. I can tell using foresight!

  • lol he fell off a cliff while invading

  • Dude, you need to get that Uchigatana upgraded. Its doing nothing.

  • @HudsonMayBeRight ya just use a better weapon that shits booty

  • Ghost - seriously, this episod was so great :D I laughed so hard when the "invasion" text appeared :D

  • Ghost! Your Uchigatana levels damage with dexterity, but you should level up your vitality and endurance to 35 before you start spending points elsewhere.

  • @hodin333 wtf?? why would you level up so much in vitality and endurance if you are going for dex build..

  • @laumaelinful Because you can never have enough Vitality or Endurance. Any good Dark Souls player should know that.

  • @Catmangamer

If you remember, I never said I was the 'white knight stallion of the internet'. I never expect to be. I don't even WANT to be. How about you be the white knight stallion of the internet? Because that sounds like it takes a lot of work, and since you have no life anyways, you might as well do it anyways.

    Try harder, troll haha!

  • @Crallium

Can you come up with anything more creative than taking what I just said and shoving it back? I didn't think so, noob.

    TRY. HARDER. FAG.

    umad? haha!

  • @Catmangamer

I think it's funny because YOU get mad.

    TRY. HARDER. TROLL.

umad? haha! I can do this all day! In fact, I'm actually laughing!

  • @Crallium @Catmangamer

    Boys, boys...

  • @TheAldeward

    Yes? Would you like something?

  • @Crallium Yes, in fact some tea would be nice.

  • @TheAldeward

Actually, that doesn't sound so bad. I think I'm going to make some tea.

  • @Crallium

HAHA LIKE I SAID YOU'RE A BOTHERED FUCKING CUNT WHO CAN'T COME UP WITH ANYTHING ORIGINAL TO SAY TRY HARDER NIGGER HAHAAHAHA!

  • @Catmangamer

I'm %15 black, and I find large offense to this. And it's making me laugh even harder! Good job, calling people n!ggers over the internet and raging to a degree that a 5-year-old on COD would be surprised by it. Congrats. Looks like we can both clearly see who the real villain in this conversation is.

  • @Crallium

Oh no, we are both heroes here -- I mean, look how much were helping out Ghost Robo! Clearly we're both humongous fans to help him out this much!

  • @Catmangamer

How are we helping him out?

  • @Crallium

We're arguing about god knows what and thus giving his videos more views, comments and exposure. I love Ghost and I want to help him out -- you thought I was serious with all my raging, shouting and yelling of racial slurs? No, I wasn't. Write first all you want, I don't actually care, I just want Ghost's videos to do better. Sorry if you found anything I wrote insulting, although you seemed to laugh more at it, which was the intended effect.

  • @Crallium FYI the "%" sign comes after the number. Ex. 15%, 50% 100%

  • @OPOC1L1PSE

OOOOOOOOOOOH SHIT EVERYONE, HIDE YO KIDS AND HIDE YO WIVES, THE GRAMMAR POLICE ARE COMIN' FOR USSSSSSSSSSSS.

  • @Crallium A simple "thank you" would have sufficed. Because I just made you 15% less ignorant.

  • @OPOC1L1PSE

    1. I'm not getting in ANOTHER argument on the same exact video.

    2. I don't have to say 'thank you' because I'm not thankful you told me that the % sign is after the number, when it was clearly a small mistake.

    3. You didn't make me 15% less ignorant, because I just became %20 (>:D) more ignorant.

  • Make no mistake I love Dark Souls and I like watching other people play.

But you're frankly having a miserable time of it.

You should stop. Or only play when you're really in the mood for it.

Playing this game while in a bad mood is a bad idea. You'll get nowhere and you miss so much stuff. Don't feel obligated to keep a schedule. If you're not having fun playing at least some of us won't have fun watching.

  • Listen if u want to deafeat the wolf turn into human and go to the white door where the boss is and summon the guy u find there

  • Ghost to tell you i have lost over 70,000 souls at once. It sucked sooo bad

  • "This is the guy I invaded, sweet. Thanks for making it a fair fight. I can't do that aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Stupid phantom" lol

  • Ghost: Is it the Master Sword from Skyward Sword?

Well, when the wolf grabbed it, the sword had a skyward strike at the ready!

  • Farm heaps off screen Ghost so we can see you super strong! Upgrade your Uchigatana and get Havels (or get gold hemmed of lava octopus if you're bothered). Also, with the wolf attack it when you are underneath it.. It can't attack you when your underneath it. Thumbs up so Ghost see!

  • Never give up

  • Wait to get the quelaag fury sword then goto the wolf... You should of killed the ninja instead of the cat so you could do ninja flips

  • You sound likeTobey Maguire in this video.XD

  • 3 easy tips

1.Stop rolling and just block for now on and just stay close to under his belly

    2. Get the Havel ring (down stairs were you face your 2nd boss fight on the bridge) just circle around havel and back stab him 20x

    3. Stone Armor is behind the stairs after the cat use it while wearing Havel ring

Please like so he can see i want that fox to go down

  • 3:32-3:37, Giggity

  • Hey ghost, when looking at stats on shields.....the physical means **** all. look at the right hand side on the stat reduction and yeah aim for shields with 100 physical and high stability. When fighting fire wielders aim for the shield with the highest fire reduction etc etc. Thumbs this up please people so ghost can see and will then be better equiped for fights. Peace out.

  • Comment removed

  • Ghost, go back to the Firelink shrine and talk to the Pyromancy trainer guy you rescued from the Depths, he can upgrade your Pyromancy's flame. Farm some souls in the garden and then go upgrade your Pyromancy and this fight will be WAY easier. Also you MUST upgrade your armor, or you can do what I did. Kill Havel and use his ring to equip heavier armor like the Elite Knight set with out sacrificing speed. Keep at it man, love the series!

  • Hey ghostrobo here a tip get underneath him

  • You really should watch some of the boss fights from EpicNameBro's channel. The Sif fight can be really hard if you don't know his patterns.

  • @slashdotism lol or watch oroboroninja channel for some complete Sl1 ownage for demoralization.

  • while attacking - just rember one thing:

    this aint zelda

  • You attack too much. After a few hits you should stop attacking and keep some stamina left to block or roll. Don't give up ;)

  • i suggest for sif you use the grass crest shield you find going the other way in the darkroot basin, beware of the black knight tho i think he has a spear :P

  • One thing I don't get is how they can call this the Darkroot "Garden". I understand that it is technically the garden of the Undead Parish, but if I ever had a garden it would NEVER be like this lol

  • @guitarman2134568 And technically its the darkroot forest because even the forest covenant is called the "forest hunters" so idk

  • Bro, you are, indeed the best distraction i could ask for from my Calculus and Statistics homework, haha. Though i may not have any special advice to give regarding the game, I do want to ask of you that you please continue to distract everybody here with your hilarious commentary ;). Keep up the great work, bro!!

PS: A wise man once told me, "Listen to your heart, don't look back, and drink "Kool-Aid," so don't give up, man :).

  • Go to Sen's Fortress. The room where the Evil Chest of Doom lives has an elevator in the back which will lead to Glorious Progress, as you so seek. There is no need to attack/fight the Mimic. It is optional. That particular Mimic gives you a Lightning Spear when you kill it. Also, before tackling the Sen's Fortress boss, go into Human Form and run past the light door into a room that seems empty when you're in Hollow Form. You'll find a kick-ass NPC you can summon; Tarkus. Praise the Sun, RoBro.

  • ghost you were doing it right by trying to stay underneith its legs but if it jumps away from you run towards it with your shield up but make sure to keep your stamina up.

  • Lmao "I can't do that! AHHHhhhhhhhhh" hahahaha you know that was funny Hahaha

But that boss killed me so much. Sit back and observe his moves and determine what the good times to strike are. By the way stay clear of him when he spins around attacking with his sword twice. You can block one but the other will take a nice chunk of health away.

Oh and when you joined the covenant two more people joined the forest. I believe that ninja dude that was chasing you holds the ring that changes your rol

  • You gotta get close to him, he is really easy just stay under him

  • You need to get the fire keepers soul in blighttown and other places so your estus can heal more per swig

  • keep ur vids up man love em! this is my first walk thru of DS and yeah what can i say it just looks as an awsome game tbh sow! dont let me down!

  • Hey ghost, love your videos! hope you keep them up.

Have you considered trying some different weapons though?, they all have different applications so if you work with them a bit too find their strengths and weaknesses you'll have a much easier and more enjoyable time, they tend to surprise you :)

  • Go ahead and get that wolf. You'll have to kill him anyways to fight a HORRIBLE boss later. Getcha some friends to help you with Sif (my favorite boss in DS).

  • 4:16 i think we missed

  • Yer ghost ur gunna needa summon some people to fight with u and even just hang back and heal the people uve summond instead of trying to fight the big bad wolf

ps love ur work dont listen to the haters man

  • I cried when you invaded and fell off a cliff ...too funny ! : D

  • wow...u die allot in this game.

  • LMAO 13:38-13:57 kills me every time!

But Ghost if you go downstairs past the cat then go around the stairway you will find the stone armor

  • why is he still using the uchigatana...WHYYYY!?!

  • The thing most of the would-be "pros" in the comments below forget is that this is Ghost's FIRST & virtually blind playthrough so give the guy a break as he will make mistakes. I'm sure most of you slating him here probably leaned heavily on the guide to complete the game 1st time, if you completed(or played) it at all. As for Ghost, you're not underleveled you just have to remember to go two handed with your sword against bosses, as the shield won't help you against Evil "Okami" there.

  • @pious83

    >virtually blind

The dude states SEVERAL TIMES in previous videos that he is looking or has looked at the wiki. he looks at the wiki IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE OF THE VIDEOS. Tht is not virtually blind.

  • @Sirlimpit Thats why I didn't say completely blind. Still he isn't following a guide word for word he's only looked up things when he's been stuck. You'd think some of the comments below were from From Software employees how they react to this LP.

  • I highly suggest just leaving Sif alone for now. You CAN beat her... but it'll be damn hard as hell. Go to Sen's, pick up few souls, grab the Lightning Spear, and practice those skills. Strike every chest for Mimics, rank up that Dex. End. and Vit.

You should know by now the basics of the game and it shows a lot. You seem to drop your practice and mentality anytime it looks too big or scary, however. Don't.

Upgrade your equipment at the smith (Its an RPG) and go for it.

  • any body have a got plan on how to kill the gapingdragon and if so tell me

  • he does need to keep playing it that's where he is going wrong he lost track of the game

  • Ghost u need 2 either summon sum pplz 2 help u beat the boss, but I don't think ur high level enough also what u really need 2 do is boost sum more. This game is hard and not 2 b fooled around with, if ur not serious then u should stop.

  • Ghost, you should dual-wield your sword so you can roll better and attack more. Or just summon someone for the bosses for the rest of the game.

  • @iDingusburger can u duel wield and if so how

  • @arm7661 U hold or press y, i think its just press y and your character will dual wield. Hope this helps

  • @arm7661 Simple as equipping a sword in both left and right hand slots. Gluck.

  • Dark Souls isn't the kind of game u can just play now and again you need to be dedicated. This is where ghost is going wrong on this play through he's forgotten the basics.. Still enjoy watching though.

  • no guys ghost is just stupid. he has no patience, doesnt know how to use things in the game.

    sad day

  • Comment removed

  • Robo you made me laugh so hard when you invaded and said are you kiddin me lol epic. GHOSTROBOARMY!

  • Ghost! Kill the invisible guy that was chasing u. U Will get best ring In the game!!!

  • Oh and ghost repair your equipment at the bonfire at each rest. Only costs a few souls.

  • @Kloer132 bro as the guy below said we just want ghost to enjoy this like we do, you can hear the pain in his voice lol he really does not enjoy this game. The game is going to get crazy difficult and he simply will not get by using his current tactics. He does listen though and thats good :)

  • Weapon probably on low durability repair

  • Oh and ghost go down the path on the right of the door near the bonfire your at and deal with the moth boss if you havent already.

  • This game isnt that hard really. Its like any other RPG you go into a area your not geared or leveled for or dont know the tacts. Your gonna struggle akthough i do attmit this does push the difficulty a little more

  • 13:49 Thanks For Making a Far Fight! I cant do that Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! :D lol what just happend?

  • Ok this is starting to get a little frustrating. I like the playthrough ghost but your clearly not having fun with this so you should just drop it. It doesn't seem like your getting any better and game is only going to get significantly harder from this point forward so if your not going to put it the time and patience you'll need to get better, I'd much rather you just move on to something else.

  • @xxxgogosox82xx I agree with you. Ghost should just move on to another game since he doesn't seem to be enjoying it anymore.

  • Ghost!!!! That creepy serpent KingSeeker Frampt in Firelink Shrine will eat items you give him and in return he will give you souls!!! Do it!!! It could help tons if you have a ton of useless junk!!!

Also the more humanity you have the higher the item droprate is.

Love your vids ceep it up!

  • I like how your first reaction was "NOT COOL" haha when I first fought this guy I nerded all over the place. awessssssssssssssooooooooooommmmmmmmmeeeeeeeee boss! Kinda a pushover though

  • people...stop saying he needs to learn this, he needs to learn that....he can play how he chooses...you don't NEED to learn the combat or stamina systems to play the game well...he seems to have been doing fine in my eyes...so everyone should quit harassing him about it

  • @Kloer132 I understand what your saying but ghost clearly isn't trying to adapt a play style that fits him, he's just trying to push through it w/o learning from anything and it shows. He's frustrated b/c he's not getting anywhere and getting killed all the time and I'm frustrated b/c he's clearly not having fun. I'd much rather watch him play something that he was actually having fun with instead of him torturing himself trying to play this.

  • One more tip, Ghostobo:

    read the damn NPC dialogue!!!

Giving it a Congressianal review is a quick way to bite yourself in the ass.

  • Look up EpicNameBro. Just watch like 2 of his videos and you'll turn into a pro.

  • Ihaven't kept up with this. Has he beat the Moonlight butterfly?

  • @DarknessLight77 Yes. And then he lost the souls he got from it. :P but hey, that dark souls.

  • See Ghost, you keep saying you feel like you're at a good level, but clearly your frequent pwnage shows that you are seriously under-leveled. Really, we don't mind if you just farm those goofy bandits for a few hours without us watching. I promise.

  • @kenjutsukata1o1 he's not underleveld, he's underskilled and underexperienced.

  • @XxTRJR2123xX I suppose being over-leveled then would at least improve his chances? To degree, at least.

  • @kenjutsukata1o1 all he needs to do is understand the combat system and study the bosses moves. i beat sif @ lvl 28 by just knowing the boss.

  • @XxTRJR2123xX I guess the problem really comes down to time and dedication. I haven't played Dark Souls but I have played Demons' Souls, and that took me a while to get the hang of. I remember dying over and over against the Flame Lurker until I finally figured him out. I guess this isn't the game Ghost should be playing unless he's willing to really pour some energy into learning it. It's probably also not a great game for blind playthroughs, lol.

  • i think your a great dark souls player ghost (: haha

  • Comment removed

  • Since you started i have made my third character! You need to co-op every area and boost your equipment. We might be repeating ourselves but only because we hear you repeatedley complaining about the difficulty. Use the internets to get information. We want to watch you play but if your not enjoying it, it shows. Get better at the game to make better videos. Still a fan dont worry. This game is your only walkthrough i like, because im waiting for it to click, and it will ;)

  • And killing the cat? That was just stupid, you cant join this covenant this entire playthrough now, but I have a feeling your just playing this for us guys and wont play it once you complete it. Its a shame you dont learn the game, if it was Batman you would prob spend months learning it. Watch vidz on how good people play, there is a reason we enjoy it lol its easy once you know how.

  • @Retrovania go to the church and have sins cleared and cat returns

  • Atlus were the publishers for the japanese game i think but were defo the publishers for demon souls.

  • Atlus did not make this game, from software did.

  • @Retrovania Not only that, but Namco published the american release.

  • stone armor is behing the second stairs turn left behind wall and its in chest stay under him and never roll in the boss fight ur wasting stamina get ur best sheild pose and use that to ur advantege and change ur pyro mancy to combustion and great combustion better than that fireball aas u have no humanity to power up chaos attcks good luck

  • Coolest looking boss...I actually felt bad about killing him

  • YOU HIT THE CAT!!!

  • LOL angry ghost is the best

  • SUMMON SOMEONE

  • loooooool funny pvp death

  • Oh my God it's a giant wolf with a sword

  • The thing with shields in this game is the stability. If its high than it can block more attacks. Upgrading shields increase their stability, the Hollow shield uses to be the best but it got downgraded with the update. Now the Best small shield is the Silver Knight Shield which when full upgrade has a max of 76 Stability but it cost alot to upgrade. From what i saw the balder shield had a 63 stability which is higher the the Hollows 51.

  • Wolf tea bagged him xD

  • but trust me, it is well worth it. 100% physical reduction shields are good too, as you take no damage from attacks. More poise and stability are also good, especially against Sif, who likes to hit fast and hard. Sif can be easily dodged but your style is more block and retaliate, so that's what I am basing my tips on. Do 3-4 slashes, back off, and wait for another opening. The best opening are right after his spinning slashes or his downward slash. Dark Souls: The Movie II - Fall of Sif? ;D

  • First, YES!! You're doing Sif! Good, now to get you to defeat that demon canine! 5:06 Ghost: You think this is funny? Me: Yes! Lololol Ok, enough of that and onto the tips of the day! Take out Shiva of the East and his friend, however it would be best to actually fight them and loot their bodies, as opposed to letting them fall to their deaths. Second, get a shield that has at least 95% damage reduction, my personal favorite.. the Grass Crest Shield. You'll have to fight a Black Knight to get it

  • oh please that wolf's a half pint compared to ammy ;D

  • @Imnon00b5 well, now you're on my shit list :)

  • Jajajajaja ya me imagino peleando contra ese tio lobo

  • keep on going ghost ! your the one who influenced me to start dark souls and now i love it ! i recommend quelaags fury sword . upgrade your scimtar or any other curved sword to 10 and use quelaags soul . im cheering for you bro haha

  • and for O&S, it is VERY easy if u get the crystal ring shield from moonlightbutterlys soul and upp it to max or +4

  • i got 3 and half playtroughs and i gotta say hardest bosses for me are 1.Nito cause i never got divine weapons, and it just destroyed me over and over again. 2. fourkings, i never used the ironskin tactic i just dodged everything and 3. Bed of chaos, it was pretty easy but running back there... over and over again, not fun

  • @OriginalIthinkso The game is perfect. It really isn't that difficult. It's just Ghost isn't the best player but he is persistent which makes him better than most.

  • 1 ornstein and smough 2 quelaag 3 four kings 4 Capra demon

  • Ghost @9:30 run to the left along the edge there's a full armor set over there. also after you join the covenant you could talk to shiva, the guy standing to the right of the doorway where the fat cat was. He sells some pretty unique weapons and armor and there's an invisible ninja behind him

  • Pssst. Gonna have to grind at some point. That's how these games work ;)
