I used to have all the figurines of the sailor moon chicks (plus tuxedo mask), but not in the normal figurine version- they were in like a chibi-ish version, kinda like ur Lucky Star one (pardon the ignorance, I"ve watched all of lucky star, I'm just terrible w/ charcter names). use XXL live hair dye they have it in cherry red an it has bleach in it so its fine over darker hair. but i dunno if they have that hair dye in your country :3
