Yes, Bill Cosby said that to him at the very end of the movie (it was Bill Cosby's last line) right before the end credits started. The reason Bill Cosby said it to him was because, right after the cab driver gave his wallet back to him, he told Bill Cosby that he will do anything he commands, so Bill Cosby commanded him to go to Hell and sit on a red hot coal, and he told the cab driver to wait for him until it snows which the cab driver agreed to do where it just showed him driving away.

Yes, maybe that was the reason why the cab driver wasn't paying attention to the road as much and asking him if he worships Satan. (Probably if he never said a word that whole ride, except when saying where he needs to get too, he probably would have gotten to where he needs to get to safely without the driver talking to him). So I guess with what Bill Cosby said at 0:40 was the cab drivers way of saying "mind your business", and/or "let me drive the way I like to drive."

I didn't know that there were air bags in cars in the year 1990 because, I was born in the early 80s and from the early 80s to the mid 90s, none of the cars I saw at a car place had air bags in them. (I used to have two cars which didn't have air bags). Somewhere in the late 90s, I guess they started making cars with air bags or, maybe they made some cars with air bags and some cars without). I guess the car Bill Cosby is in is from the 70s and the director is using it in this 1990 movie.

Maybe one of the other reasons I thought there were no air bags in cars in the early 80s was because, when I was very young, there used to be two old cars at my house which didn't have air bags in either one of them.
