For example lets take Colette. Press first down then right or left depending which side the enemy is, and then a and shell do ring cyclone. The rest are similar. They are key combinations.

Well it's made from the mugen engine but it's altered somewhat and under a different name, and intended for Tales of Fans so you have to somewhat consider it a different game although it runs on the same engine.
