  • Its pronounced Poo-tine

  • @DarkStar6161 no, poot-sin

  • @dragomag dat's what i'm doing and now i'm hungry

  • Seriously I come from Québec and I find poutine to be really disgusting

  • @knightinboot you crazy !

  • ...I thought it was pronounced poo-teen?

  • @MsSkifi Depends what language you say it in. The correct French-Canadian way is "poot-sin", but you can say it either way.

  • @Existantia

I'm fluent in native french (or whatever you call France french), how different is canadian french in terms of sentence structure and pronunciation, etc?

  • @MsSkifi In Québécois French it's more like poo-tsin (the pronunciation they're using)

  • @MsSkifi It is in English.

  • @MsSkifi not in french.

  • @MsSkifi Its the french pronunciation.

  • @MsSkifi Aw man I just posted what you said as a comment then saw yours as the top comment, I'm an idiot

  • This + beaverclaw = pure awesome. Took away all the pain of falling in my ass for two hours on that damn rideau canal in ottawa. :)

  • Bon, j'ai le goût d'une poutine...

  • I want that T-rex so badly...

  • I like double cheese curd poutine.

Best sauce is the Knorr brand.

  • known as...putin?

  • disgusting

  • @leokuan kinda like your moms vagina. believe me i would know. :)

  • After seeing the T-Rex, there is NO way any Canadian can criticize food USA-ers eat...

An overdose of gravied meat on fried potatoes? I felt sick just LOOKING at it...

Though I did learn two things:

    1. Canadians have what USA-ers call bacon and call that bacon, too.

    2. French fries are called fries in Canada, too... not "chips" or "pomme frittes".

  • @OuroborosChoked every country has fat food does not mean you eat it everyday..like I probably eat poutine once a month...it's just that your country has a very high obesity rate that everyone labels your country as fat fast food eaters lol.

  • @OuroborosChoked no, pretty sure they're called pomme frittes too. and chips.

  • EpicMealTime brought me here!

  • hmmm..poutine sound like putaine :D , which i think it means whore; so this is the whore of foods :-))

  • That looks sooo good:-)...hungry

  • i feel manly.....

  • This looks fucking disgusting XD

  • @ROFLZuckofski but eat it

  • and people talk about american food..

  • @TikiShootah This is American food technically,it originated in Quebec,Canada which is part of North America.

  • @greatmuta2 That doesn't make it American. People from the States, in short form are called "American" because it is shorter than "UnitedStatesian". We are from Canada, we are "Canadian". All people from North America are not called "American". That's silly.

  • I want a T-Rex

  • This is hands down the best food to eat when you have the munchies and stoned as fuck.

  • @LovezHD im trying this soon it looks kinda gross though lol

  • been to la banquise, a little overrated

  • I miss La Banquise!

  • its actually pronounced put(s)in, barely pronounce the s, but its there.

  • Comment removed

  • :D they need to add subtitle

  • it's POO-TEEN. Not Putin, the Russian president. My god do your research before doing a video on it, so unprofessional and disrespectful

  • @SkiFantic "poo-tin" is actually the authentic french Canadian, and original way of pronouncing it. "poo-teen" is the anglophone/mainstream pronunciation of it.

  • @SkiFantic Maybe YOU'RE the one who should be doing your research. "POO-TIN" is the French (original) pronunciation.

  • I wanna eat a t-rex right now

Hopefully, i live in montreal so i can eat poutine whenever i want

  • OH FUCK, IM HUNGRY! I WANT POUTINE! I BETTER GO TO CANADA!

  • Wow that looks so good, we don't have that stuff in America. I found out about it on a t.v. show and feel in love. Go Canada for awesome food!

  • i find this easy to masturbate to.

  • @Underdogbassist you're sick

  • I am coming to montreal just to get a plate of your awesome poutines!!

  • so this is why a 12 year old Looks like a 22 year old chick !!!!

  • Dayum! Canadians eat good!

  • lol "chiiken with green piss"

  • @teamstubbe thats not funny.

  • Don't you think this is the yummy-est thing on EARTH? And I'm not a fat american, I'm Canadian, I live in Montreal and I weight 110 pounds and I'm a girl... I just LOOOOOOOOOOVE poutine SO MUUUUUUUUCH ! <3 Share the poutine love ~

  • @ImDeathNote can i really take this as a threat from a guy who has a screen name based on a manga?

  • @Ichliebegermany can i really take this as a threat from a guy who has a screen name based on a country?

  • @ImDeathNote its called pride. manga isnt the samething its just lame AX is full of fucking wierd lame virgin nerds

  • @Ichliebegermany Pride my ass stupid germany faggot.Go suck hitler dick if you have pride. Look who's commenting *fuck canada* like a 10 years old faggot so your probably still a virgin stupid retard :)

  • @ImDeathNote the reason why i commented fuck canada is because i was just saying what i was taught as a young boy in american school. first i learned my abcs then I learned canada isnt a real country and is still owned by england. Being an american i take pride in knowing that my country had the balls to say fuck you england. many things are wrong with canada 1. they can't even get the right measurements on a football field the goal post goes at the end of the endzone

  • @Ichliebegermany doesnt worth the time to read your story fucking nerd and btw shut up i know that both Canada and USA are fat bitches but the people in USA are more worse so please go eat some mcdonald and shut up =)

  • I got a boner

  • I wish I could get this in Seattle.

  • @machiasmadman Cheese curds, gravy, and fries. This is not hard to make lol.

  • 2:54 All I see is a plate full of clogged arteries.

  • mmm mmm i done love meh some poutineee

  • South Park brought me here. nothing like french fries in a hot tub full of graaaavy...

  • it depend of the place, theres like more than 80% where is the gravy is not good, theres place where its full of fat and others not, but the usa cant beat us with the fat in the food, sorry...

  • mmmm tabarnak ca la lair bon

  • envious of u canadians right now

  • Merci de spécifier que c'est québécois :P

  • We Canadians can eat this because we have free health care Eh! xD And at least were not eating this shit like every single day. This is like only 1 thing that's seriously fattening from Canada. Hey at least we don't have McDonalds fast food restaurants all over the place. And you gotta admit this tastes good, shit if this was down in the US you guys would be devouring it like everyday(yes I'm being stereotypical, but to those people who have tried this you know it would be true)

  • @iBurryful Dear God we would be, because it is truly delicious, unlike McDonald's

  • JAIme La POUTINE!!

thumbs up if you do too!

  • @ZeTruffleShuffler you mean J'Adore La Poutine!!

  • I can't believe Canada beat us Americans to something so fattening.

  • its really funny how quebecers claim they own the rights to maple syrup but the funny fact is that Quebec only owns 2 citys Quebec City and Montreal other then that the natives own the rest of their land therefore i think Canada should let the quebecers become their own Nation so then we can invade them and get rid them all at the same time! then we can claim poutine and maple syrup for the true Canadians!

  • how come every time i watch behind the scenes of these restaurants in canada, nobody is wearing gloves? we're dirty as hell in new york but we at least pretend to be clean by wearing gloves lol

  • I tried poutine once -- it tasted great !

But sadly it is a heart-attack-on-a-plate. Full of fat and sodium.

  • Nothing special. You don't have to be a cook to make this dish... Of course it will be delicious, because of the ingredients.

  • seems very odd, but i'd be willing to give it a try :3 i bet its delicious <3

  • Glad I'm Canadian :) I can basically buy this wherever I want!

  • Traditional poutine with fries, gravy and cheese curds is the best. Adding anything else on it like bacon or beef is just nasty lol

  • Faut avoir un estomac en béton armé pour digérer ça !!! OMG !

  • que guapo Arturo!

  • Okay. I know that, like that, it just looks gross. BUT HOLY SHIT YOUR LIFE DIDN'T STARTED YET IF YOU NEVER ATE A POUTINE IN YOUR FUCKIN LIFE... Calisse je sais de quoi je parle :D

Okay. Maybe Ontarians get more money than us, and the metropole of their country (pfft) etc. But we Québécois beat them. And the rest of Canada. By far. Because we have Poutine and Sirop d'Érable (maple syrup). I could mention more, but just those two are more than enough ;P

  • @tehachi How can people even think that looks gross? Québec for the win! La poutine est tellement délicieuce...

  • i cant believe people don't know what it is ..

  • Heartfaillure on a plate o_O

  • EVERY AMERICAN NEEDS TO SEE THIS SO THEY CAN BE JEALOUS>>

  • Maybe my english is too fuck'd up, but what cheese that is? Whole thing look so good that maybe I have to just rob a bank and fly to Canada. Just for her, and I mean Poutine.

  • @Driiveri That's "fromage en grain" at our place. A variety of Cheddar from our beloved province. And trust me, poutine is so delicious that you'll not even regret to travel from your place to our place (however where you live even if it's Australia) just to get a poutine and return back to your home. Or you'll regret that you didn't bring more poutine with you :D

  • @tehachi The difference between grain cheddar and brick cheddar is that before being in the brick form it is in grain, I guess that's a particularity, but than again all cheddar are grain before being melted into brick.

perhaps there is something different about it after all , I never had grain cheddar from anywhere else than Quebec

  • @knightinboot Me neither, but eh, I can't find my first comment because it's too far away XD

  • i'm an an Albertan (from Canada) and i love poutine

  • can people actually finish their meals? ;o

    It's soo much ;o Wow.

  • they should use bigger plates :\

  • On savoure une poutine calorie par calorie

  • fail it's poutinie it sounds like that because of their accent.

  • Canadian Poutine.. :))))

  • this is better then watching porn!

  • @mesho101 haha i was gonna say that man lmao.

  • pootsin

  • I love poutine, give me some poutine now.
