you could also figure it out by yourself by doing this with the aces face up, or marking the aces before you do the trick. :)

and the the other 2 aces are on the bottom of the other pile. Then he tells you to deal the two piles one by one to the right and left until you run out of cards. This reverse counts the 2 aces, bringing them to the top. When you do this with the other pile, this brings those aces to the top. This leaves you with 4 piles, leaving each ace on top. Basically, you are just putting from the top of the deck, to the bottom, then back to the top again.

This is easy to figure out lol.

by 3:36 when he tells you to cut the card as many times as you want, you are just putting the 4 aces under the face up selected card (the cutting of the cards doesn't disturb the order of the cards). then he tells you to take off all of the cards that are above the selected card, leaving the face up selected card on the top, and the 4 cards under the selected card are the 4 aces. when you are done dealing the cards in 2 piles, 2 aces are on the bottom of one pile

hopefully i can explain this well enough for everyone basically he's loading the trick with so much extra shuffling for looks to basically lose the audience now for the actual trick

The way he set it up no matter what the criteria the 4 cards under your "lucky" card will b the 4 aces you then split the cards in half 1 by 1 for the first couple cards loading 2A per stack on the very bottom

deal in 2 piles again the 2A go from bottom to top which blows your socks off hopefully this helps =)

If you wish to see what happens yourself easily, get to the point in the trick where you remove your "lucky card" for the last time and just before you begin to split the deck in to two piles. Look at the top four cards of the deck, they will all be aces.

Proceed with the rest of the splitting and follow the aces.

So has anyone else noticed that no matter what your gender is and what month you are born in, it is statistically unlikely that you will cut apart the 4 aces stacked behind the favorite card and therefore will almost always get 4 aces at the top of the 4 stacks at the end of the trick. Although the closer to the end of the year you were born in the better your chances for proving the trick wrong unless you are tracking the aces in the trick.
