Texas please. I know it's not one of your top but look at us this year. We started with 3 horrible QBs. One got "injured" for the season so we did the back and forth QB. But we also had a couple 400 yard total rushing games. That's where loco motive needs to be. Also Big 12 is a offense over defense conference so Loco would be able to have big gains. Lastly Texas weather would be a great 3 to 4 year break from the harsh winters he us used to.
