  • That would sound a lot better on a Linn LP12

  • Remember watching these guys late one night in '69 at an all night rave at the Lyceum in London. It was the time when the singer picked up a 'live' mic and threw it across the stage! Everyone was too stoned to worry and they played on without him for a while! Great song of the times!

  • Class, bought this at 15,just fantastic, had the album with the bird covered in fruit till some b******d nicked it.Happy days, thanks for posting

  • They played an open air festival on Coldhams Common in Cambridge around that time, I was at boarding school & must have been about 12 or 13 and we were prohibited from going...naturally we completely ignored that and thus was born my love of Free Festivals

  • Absolutely love this, one of the first two 45's I ever bought: Just gotta love the label design... :-) Happy Days

    Good Video BTW

One thing missing with cd's is the artwork, remember the Buddah label.....

Foldout album covers, Sgt.Pepper's where you could see all the faces....

  • Uno de los mejores track de los años 70. El 45 RPM demuestra calidez y calidad en la musica vintage. Una joya preciosa para todo aquel que desee sumergirse en el mundo del rock. Gracias Juicy Lucy.

  • this is the intro song for Shellshock Nam 67, ive always wanted to hear it again

  • shellshock nam 67

  • @winniefunk

    Hell yes.

I've finally got around to playing it again after so many years, only to be greeted by the best intro to a war game and the most kick-ass song to accompany it.

  • @winniefunk GREAT GAME!!!

  • Saw JL at University of East Anglia 1970. My mate "Spatch" bonked a bird in the audience, and we all got chucked out. Saw the encore later though. marvellous!!

  • This is the first record I ever bought. I bought it from Boots in Boscombe. It was 1969. I was 13.

  • Man I did some dancing to this in my youth!

    BRILLIANT!!!!

  • Me too. My youth club amp blew up whilst playing this at a disco. A near riot soon followed! Happy days

  • @Indigenousduck giggles, you must be reeeeeeealy old.

  • @One4TheCause88

Compared to yourself that could be considered to be the case, however, I have memories of very happy times with great music - what do you have?

  • @Indigenousduck I got a cobra snake for a necktie, a brand new house on the road side & it's made out of rattle-snake hide, I got a brand new chimney that's put on top & it's made from a human skull, by my side I got a rattle-snake whip, take it easy aging hipster don't you gimme no lip, I got a tombstone hand & a graveyard mind, I'm just 32 & I don't mind dyin'.

  • @One4TheCause88 Sad indeed! Enjoy growing old in a very sad way.

  • @Indigenousduck Yeah, right. Hey speaking of getting old, what happened to you? I thought all you boomers wanted to die before you got old, like The Who song. By that reason you should have keeled over 10 years ago. Though I must hand it to you, you're doing your damndest to hold onto it: Erectile Dysfunction pills, hair transplants, plastic surgery, supplements, etc.

  • @One4TheCause88 You don't mind dying? hahahahaha...cunt.

  • @marcusliciniusad Hello E-stalker. Northwestfront(dot)org

  • @marcusliciniusad By the way, I guess Wendy deleted the video before I could respond; but you're 1 funny motherfucker. A 50 yr. old bald, wrinkly, hook nosed jew wants to have a looks contest. BWAH-HAH-HA. No, Marx, you don't have to shell out 6 mil for that. If you want, I'll take your "beauty contest" challenge & your 10k right to the bank. Easiest 10k I ever made. Let me guess, you get to pick the girls to judge, RIGHT? Probably a bunch of whiny homely jewess. Speaking of which, you've yet

  • @marcusliciniusad to tell me how many of your previous "several" wives from your numerous failed attepmts at marriage were jewess'. Let me guess, not a 1.

  • @marcusliciniusad *attempts

  • @marcusliciniusad CUNT IS A WORDY DIRD!!!!

  • @One4TheCause88

  • @One4TheCause88 and WTF!. so all people from the late, LATE 70,S are evil? thats both stupid and narrow minded. its those self important asses from the late sixties that are the true jerks! just meet more than one at a fucking class reunion!! LOL!!!

  • @scrawneyjawmey79 Just listen to this song again & forget about it.

  • @One4TheCause88 Great advice...got any work today?

  • @marcusliciniusad Don't text & drive. I'm gonna stay busy, don't you worry.

  • Sounds like Captain beefheart !!!

  • @adamlinks Apparently, the vocal was by Ray Owen, but it does sound rather like the Captain.
