  • it can be proud on all the punjabi, that he is speaking punjabi very clear.

  • amitab and dharmendra is two legend known of there good movies and looks

  • Shouldn't youtubre have some type of pollution control in place here? The language of some of the posts makes it stink like a sewer, making it impossible for any human to visit it.

  • Hi Guys...I am a Hindi Speaking...person......I am very prout that amitabh knows the Great Punjabi Language......I think punjabi is popular because of its Culture...and specially because of it large hearted people......A person who says Bad about punjabi must have a look inside his own heart.......

  • o khanda paan banares wala ... khule jave band akal da tala ... phir te aijya howe kamal ... bachan murdering punjabi :D

  • @noxiousnirvana I am a Punjabi, & I too speak Punjabi like this only. & have u heard most Punjabis speak Hindi? It's not about "murdering" a language. It's about respecting other people. their languages & cultures. Punjabi aur Hindi to both r our own only, Indian. & when he speaks, te tum ko gall samajh mein aa gayi hai na? Then why this divisiveness?

  • @aparaajita10 calm down ... n im not being divisive im merely commenting on the FAIL that this video is ... if u have so much time to lecture and make everybody right as u see fit go help the needy and do some volunteer work :p

  • @noxiousnirvana Why don't u use ur time in a constructive way "go help the needy and do some volunteer work" instead of criticizing the successful? what u do makes it seem like u r just a sour pus Loser....

  • @aparaajita10 ma chuda randi ...

  • @aparaajita10. im also punjabi and to my knowlegde most punjabis speak hindi/urdu, not so much those punjabis living in europe and north america though.

hindi is the national language of india so every indian should be able to speak at least basic hindi. even in punjab the official languages are hindi and english. punjabi on the other hand is the state language.

  • @RawalpindiBrittania I agree totally on that one. I also believe that the state or local languages too should be recognized, & the people speaking only those not be marginalized in any way. We people need to understand thar knowledge & information is power, & learning another language doesn't mean u've 2 leave ur language, it's just that u've 2 learn another 1, or face the limitation that limited skills bring with it. "elite" in Punjab speak english, wannabees speak Punjabi

  • @aparaajita10. state languages r recognised, its just a shame that south asians living outside of india and pakistan r not that familiar with the national languages of both countries. i dont agree with ur last comments, its the educated that speak english and secondly in imoprtant institutions in punjab, such as schools, clledges, universities, banks e.t.c hindi is spoken, although punjabi is the state language

  • @RawalpindiBrittania I was speaking from my first hand observation. When I was there 30 years ago, & even now when I visit, or speak on the phone, I see a tendency among those who think they are educated &/or modern speak english or switch 2 it the moment they see some one approach them. It took me a lot of years to make my own relatives both in Punjab & even here, to speak with me in Hindi or Punjabi {I'm not very good at speaking it :( }

  • @aparaajita10. ur not very good at speaking what?

  • @RawalpindiBrittania Punjabi

  • @aparaajita10. at least you have basic knowledge, thats what matters most. i can speak punjabi hindi and urdu but just as well Im no expert at these langauges because i was born in the u.k and speak english as a first language.

  • @RawalpindiBrittania It is just that I can't speak the language. I can read it & understand it quite well, & can even write it pretty well, only not as fast as I can write Hindi & english. & Hindi & english both r my 1st languages, Many of the people here in america don't believe that I am Indian. They think I an from UK. But then they r americans, what can I say.

  • dont get ur balls up, he speaks punjabi so the fuck what,

apart from hindi he also speaks urdu, gujrati, bengali, malayum, sindhi, seraki, tamil

  • on tht time Faisalabad was known as Lail Pur...

  • Sir JI, I like your punjabi. It is really nice and makes me proud. Please make a Punjabi film. so so proud of you sir.

  • @Deeppaali. punjabi films are low budget and unpopular

  • @DERBYSHIRE4EVER Have u seen any of them? Please see some before u say any thing. And nothing very good can be said about most of the big budget films either, Hindi, or even for that matter english filnms too. Get over it, & go & find something better than to find fault with every thing except yourself...

  • i cant believe he speaks punjabi!

  • his mom is sikh! i guess most people don't know that :)

  • @SinghAmerican why? Thats probably his mother tongue as his mother was a punjabi sikh.
