"Oh I will just buy a new shop, I will just send half my crew there even though it is mostly internet based and my main store is busy as hell". @yummy22543 Yeah I can see that. If we are to believe the interactions are "real", Ashley takes everything a customer says and does personally. Les, and, to a lesser degree,Seth shrug it off until the customer gets really nasty. Ashley just seems to make everything worse.

@shadesofrgey Les takes it easy mostly, because he's been doing this so long that he eats sleeps and breathes his job. it's second nature to him, and he knows he's the boss, so he doesn't take shit from anyone. Seth is a perfectionist jerk with a stick up his ass the size of Kentucky, but his competitive nature gives him an edge. Ashley is a spoiled daddy's girl type bitch who has no idea what's going on. I liked Ashley till i realized how dumb she is. Rich is the resident badass.
