I actually researched the benefits of black tea and your first vid came up. I purchased some black tea and what I did was let it rest overnight, separate part of it and added some lavender oil, tea tree oil, and castor oil to one portion of it and the rest I used to straight rinse. The portion which I added the oils to will be used as a spritzer in between shampooing. My hair is 12 inces yet it sheds like mad and it has been thinning. Hopefully both the rinse and spritzer will help.
I am going to re-incorporate blacktea rinse in my regimen...I am leaving it overnight so that its cold to use after dc tomorow. I have alot of shedding and would like to reduce it. Glad it's working for you. ;O) x
Thanks I have been thinking of trying the black tea rinse because I have been shedding a lot of hair..does it make your hair darker? BTW your skin looks so healthy, what products if any do you use on your face?
@ThePoetikmind215 Honestly, I don't think it did anything to my hair color. I have a few gray hairs and they are showing just as they were before. Thanks for the compliment! Right now I do not have a set facial cleanser because I was buying the burts bees cleanser and they mold very quickly. So I freaked out and stop buying it. I trying out my own cleanser formulas but also using this body soap that I picked up (its VERY DRYING). So I follow it up with my own moisturizer. I try to extract my ski
@ThePoetikmind215 my skin very often because I hate seeing my pores clogged. I am actually going to treat myself to a facial soon because I feel like I just need a good de clogging. IDK what type of skin you have... I have dry skin. But I would actually recommend the burts bees products but just keep them away from the shower or moist places. I keep my facial products in the shower just for convenience and thats why it spoils quickly because I think they use a natural or no preservative.
your skin looks amazing! you did really well. Black Tea rinses are really good for shedding, helped me a lot when i was getting mad post-partum shedding.
It's amazing how water intake can be decreased so quickly, I can definitely use more water. I skip on the juices because of all the sugars in them. I stick with consuming the whole fruit.
@sppices Oh I am a huge fan of fruit!! When I was home I probably ate like 6 servings of fruit a day! In NY or even when I was in DC there wasn't a good selection of fruit. But I still buy fruit. I bought a juicer last year and started juicing but I am going to get back into it. I come from a family that juices a lot too so I used to it.
