I rented "Spread" on DVD yesterday and was thoroughly entertained by it. For one, I couldn't think of anyone else who could have played this part as well as Ashton Kucher. He certainly is sexy enough! He's also a good actor and totally believable as Nikki. Anne Heche is also good as the older woman he mooches off. It's good to see Kucher handle dramatic roles and not only comedies and he's got loads of charisma on screen as well. A good film!. .

I think this movie will explore that hidden question on what guys need to figure out that complex mystery on landing a date. Too often, some ladies may be "hard to get"...but if there is a connection as Heather appeared to be demonstrating to Nikki towards the end of the trailer, I think this movie will become a good one to follow.

Fyi, "Spread" won great acclaim at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. If it could do well there in the snow-capped Rocky Mountains, it can fly anywhere.
