I use Linux. I am not poor. I have lots of money and buy lots of shit. I still use Windows, but I use it inside Linux. That way when Windows crashes my computer core (Linux) is still running and instead of my whole computer crashing a small subset does.

Beryl doesn't exist anymore, it has been replaced by Compiz Fusion which is installed as standard on Ubuntu. If you want to tweak the effects then go into Applications > Add/Remove and search for Compiz Settings. Install the settings manager and then go System > Preferences > Advanced Effects and from there you can set all kinds of cool things!

XP and 2000 are ok, but saying theyre better than Mac OS X, no way. They crash and freeze a ton, you get blue screens and you get no cool software like iLife. XP and 2000 are old and are no where near Mac OS.
