  • No wonder drummers call Steve Gadd Steve God. A pocket deeper than a freaking hammock. What a groove, the whole band. and, of course, the song from one of the greatest of his generation, Rhymin' Simon.

  • good song :)

  • Gerry Neiwood on Saxophone - started off with Chuck Mangione on his first huge hit album. Died on that plane crash in buffalo a couple of years ago flying to a gig with Chuck. RIP Gerry. Such a gentle and talented soul.

  • richard tee is a legend, so many great musicians on that stage!

I hate to throw the word "genius" around, but there is no better word for paul simon. LOL

  • Paul Simon is a genius.

  • What was the point of Mr. Bubblehead? Throughout their career I have always wonder that. Harmonies work for a bit but not forever Art.

  • I was at this concert! Yeah, I was pretty young but we were there!!

  • This song takes me back to late August of 1980, such wonderful memories that summer!

  • my school band is playing this song it cool especialy the r=trumpet part

  • steve gadd rocks

  • RIP Gerry Niewood xx

  • It was late in the evening... and they blew that crowd away!

  • Rest in Peace Gerry Niewood -- he died on the plane crash in Buffalo, NY February 12, 2009.

  • I'd feel kind of dopey just standing around without an instrument.

They should at least give Garfunkel a tambourine or something.

  • i agree! this is one of the few actual valid comments ive ever read on you tube..

  • GO BEACH BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • bellissimo.. l'urlo di Simon alla fine è semplicemente.. fantastico.. in questo pezzo si vede tutta l'energia che ci mettono!!GRANDI

  • @stoerewilly Paul Simon is a Genio of the music

  • Yeah, 34f...

What a great audience is NYC!

  • That was obviously one of the those "I wished I could-a been there" moments. A great day, that day for New York City. A place where my parents grew up and unfortunately I don't have a clue regarding NYC. Nice job S&G!

  • They are the greatest.

I am only 27, but I loved Simon&Garfunkel all my life.

  • nice drums and nice song

  • There goes simply Simon with artful Garfunkelly, I can undestand why they separated, together are dinamyte! The drummer is fabulous Steve Gadd, very jazzy and the band is all american star big combo, a tune in F with no complications but what a beat, miscool123! The director is --no more no less-- a great movie filmaker, really... where have all the good times gone? Late in the evening, bettokicks+
