It actually means "not an idiot" Ja nai means "is not" or "am not".

Well actually, it can mean both... depending on the context of the person using it... It can be used to call someone an idiot, or say that you're not an idiot when someone calls you one. It can be sort of translated as "aren't you an idiot" or "Isn't that stupid?"

Actually not the same voice actress. Naomi Shindō didn't have anything to do with Code Geass. Saeko Chiba(Natsuki) however did voice a character in C.G. Nina Einstein who is infamously kindof gay and definitely more than a bit crazy.  ;-)

This is awesome. I was somewhat surprised that her singing voice would be that strong, since the way she voices Shizuru is somewhat soft and understated. It really works though since the song is expressing her true feelings, etc. Very nice indeed. Thanks for posting. ^.^
