It's ok if your into filmmaking and all that but average people wouldnt find the film-studio setting particularly funny. Ive seen this before i watched a lot of sitcoms and didnt find it funny. i do find it funny now but it just shows that this is too niche.

I can see why this show never got picked up. It's not that it's bad. It definitely original but it could be confusing (not to me but to the average intelligence joe) when you break the fourth wall falsely. Remember most people are stupid and will not understand that it's not a real reality show. I bet it'd would be great to be in the studio audience though.
