  • Keep in mind that he's eating salads and the other healthier menu items at McDonald's. It's not like he's dunking burgers left and right. A salad is a salad (no matter where it comes from), and if you eat nothing but salad you're bound to lose some pounds.

    breakfast: Egg Muffin + black coffee no cream or sugar. Lunch: any Premium Grilled Chick Salad + Water or Unsweet ice tea. Dinner: option 1. Big Mac Sandwitch + Diet Coke. Dinner option 2. McChicken + Yogurat snake or low fat vilina ice cream cone + water or unswet ice tea. No Fries and sweet soda at all. I've lost 1.5 lbs in 3 days (if you are male and over 180 lbs)

  • LOL what success? are you kidding me? hes eating shit, hes only losing weight because hes limiting his calorie intake, hes less fat then before because hes eating LESS then before, doesn't mean hes healthy. in fact his doctor says hes not healthy at all, low in fiber, high in sodium, that's colon cancer and heart disease right there (look for it midway in the video)

  • I agree with you 100%; the only reason why he's losing weight is because he's EATING LESS. Right now, I'm also on a diet where I still eat anything I want but in very small portions and limiting myself to 700 calories a day. It's been about a month now and I've lost weight already without having to exercise and just eating less! And, like what "bxkid69" said about the guy in the video, that doesn't mean I'm HEALTHY but it does work- ONLY because my calorie intake has been reduced.

  • the damage you will do to your intestines, heart, etc is not worth shedding off weight quickly. do it slowly and healthy. the quick sudden change puts your body in a "starvation" mode where it begins to eat itself its scary, google it. and the effects of the sudden weight loss stay there, your body will do anything to gain the sudden lost weight and this is why people who diet too intensely without exercise and eating well often binge and gain the weight back

  • well, it's definitely not a diet plan i plan on staying on for the rest of my life..i plan on just doing it for about 6 or so months..just long enough to lose all the weight i need to lose and then i'll be on a healthy diet and exercise regimen.

  • Actually, it isn't a lie, though it is incredibly misleading. Another report says that he specifically limited himself to 1500 calories a day. It doesn't matter what food you eat, heck you probably could be eating nothing but donuts, if you limit yourself to that you will lose weight. But as they do say about halfway through the video, he ain't healthy. Weight loss does not correspond with health.
