  • floyd mayweather junior the pretty boy nahh nigel benn is the pretty boyand im not gay just no he has good looks ahahaa

  • Castillo was robbed if that's the fight i'm thinking of!

  • @mikeymorgan yea its the fight your thinking of... and you just proved u dont no boxing! Go watch the fight on mute.... with out listening to dumb ass Larry Merchant!

  • Gentlemen - bow your heads to the greatest fighter in English boxing. NOT the best boxer but best FIGHTER. God Bless Nigel Benn. This country could do with him now!!!

  • E gaw hanthpeed

  • I'm an american an i always respected Nigel Benn a fantastic warrior and a down to earth man.... i liked him better than eubanks.. i felt he was a twat... but Benn he repped England hard much respect

  • Nigel benn i meant...

  • Nigel Bennett needs to back up off floyd's nuttz a lil...plz

  • @Blake472 Dawg!! 2002!! Floyd could not be stopped then!! Wait!! He's still undefeated 10 years latter!!

  • I don't think people now truly appreciate how great Floyd was at Super Featherweight. The best combination of speed and power at that size I've ever seen. If you notice, all them Mexican dudes that was at featherweight at the time was in no hurry to move up in weight to fight him and Prince Naseem was DAMN SURE not wanting any part of Floyd and Floyd actually called him out after the Corrales fight. Said they could do it at 128.

  • @Antrizzle2009 Yeah mate, but people conveniently forget these facts about Floyd when they want to say he hasnt done anything exceptional. The guy has moved up a fair amount of weight himself. Apparently Floyd was a big fan of The Prince.

  • @joevtr Yea he really like Prince's style and presentation, with them fancy ring entrances. Prince was the first true superstar at featherweight that I can remember. Nobody was checking for dudes that size before he came along. But yea he woulda got destroyed by Floyd.

  • @Antrizzle2009 Most definitely, Until the Prince, the money he earned at featherweight was unheard of. He was a fine boxer......when he could be bothered, he just became too lazy and looked for one punch, to my mind, he was chasing Barerra round the ring in the last round and if he had been bothered to train hard enough and less stubborn to not rely on one punch and adapt his style slightly, I feel he had the ability to beat Barerra. Too stubborn and too lazy in the end was his undoing.

  • @Antrizzle2009 Trust me, I know what you mean, Floyd of Super featherweight, never seen that much talent, that perfect blend of defense and offence in any other fighter ever. He would've put such a butt-whupping on Morales and Barrera, make them look average.

Floyd of Super-featherweight =Sugar Ray Robinson with less power but better defense and reflexes.

  • @username7212345 Yep and he even had decent power at 130. Only thing is he had brittle hands back then, kept breaking his hands in fights.

  • OH MY GOD IT'S A GAY! WEATHER

  • great great vid

  • you just want the brother to have a loss he beat castillo with a torn rotators cuff.. and then whipped him in the rematch why u dont bring that up.. stop hatin it makes you look bad and makes your girl not like you too if you even have one.. nobody likes a hater.. give credit where its due or shut your hole. :)

  • castillo won that fight ... its all politics ! keep an american at the top

look at the likes of nigel benn, took on anyone and everyone

if mayweather fought the best and didnt fight hand picked boxers that he can beat e.g. marquez at welterweight (2 divisons difference), Old shane mosley, Old De La Hoya etc he would be the best

but it seems the guy is now in pacquiao's shadow

  • @EuropeanBoxingNews Did he handpick dem paychecks too??

  • @godvia i have no say in who is stupid enough to buy his fights for about a days wages ...

  • floyd won the first fight with a torn shoulder and 2 broken ribs---the fight was close, but castillo lost--most of those punches counted by compubox for castillo were hog punches and punches that should not have been counted seeing how castillo was fighting so dirty--hitting floyd from behind--in his back and shit--behind his head--holding him on the ropes and hitting him--those judges knew wht the right call was--floyd won that fight--he won the first 6 rounds-and round 11/12, and round 8 or 9.

  • the black dude? the black dude can you be serious?!! thats nigel benn! a legend in my eyes and in many others

  • just tough...

tough was good enough to beat Floyd though Roger...

  • @cizer77 I mean no disrespect whatsoever...but what fights were you watching???...1st fight floyd won with a messed up hand...castillo came with the pressure but pressure doesn't win fights against floyd....skill and effective clean punching does...2nd fight castillo got dominated and lost a unanimous decision

  • @jonwest99 no disrespect but the whole HBO crew thought Castillo won the first fight, and so does 80% of the fans, observers and experts

so I have no idea where you're going with this

  • @cizer77 Floyd did enough 1st time (it was probably a draw). Easily one of the most overstated results in recent boxing history when you think that people actually call it a "robbery". That just flatters Castillo since he barely landed any quaility shots. Castillo landed a lot of low quality body shots (you know holding and hitting) those added up the compubox count but they don't affect a judge's score card.

Recently Caballero lost a fight convincingly despite landing more by compubox.

  • @cizer77 when did you survey "the fans" & determine 80% of them thought Castillo won?? & since when did Larry Merchant & Jim Lampley's opinion become credible?? Merchant is a severe Mayweather hater & Jim Lampley's role on the broadcast is simply 2 provide entertainment...as evidenced by the "BANG....BANG....BANG....BANG...BANG" nonsense he uttered during the Pacquiao v Clottey fight...dont get swayed by their commentary...4get about what everybody else thinks & let YOUR eyes be the judge

  • @jonwest99 my eyes tell me Castillo was jobbed

my 80% estimation comes from years of going to boxing forums and reading experts articles, historians opinions, etc.

most people think Castillo was robbed, a little bit think he was not, like you

    it is your right

it was not close enough not to call it a robbery to me

  • @cizer77 You should be mature enough to rely on the evidence of your own eyes and not be swayed by the opinions of those who have a large axe to grind.

Example. HBO all thinks MArquez Pacquiao 3 was a close fight.

Compupox thought Pacquiao totally dominated Marquez. Outscoring him by about 3 to 1.

  • Nigel Benn would of hammered mayweather in his day.

  • @87Greenhorn umm, it would be just a tad unfair with the weight difference dont you think?

  • @cazz3000 i know benn was super middleweight. and a big one at that.

  • @87Greenhorn Not the same weightclass though.

  • @87Greenhorn lol mayweather death by the dark destroyer lol

  • Nigel Benn tells it like it IS bless...

  • Nigel Benn was one of the best ever to lace em' up at middleweight. Started career 22-0 with 22 ko's. Crushed the "Blade," in one and dam near killed McClellan. But fought mostly against British and that is no complement. Ray Robinson, Charley Burley, Carmen Basilio, Marcel Cerdan, Bernard Hopkins, Marvin Haggler, Carlos Monzon, Stanley Ketchel, Tony Zale and Harry Greb were all significantly better than Benn. But, The Dark Destroyer was definitely in the top 20 all-time great middleweights.

  • @NLR884evr So NIgel wasn't as good as Ray Robinson and Marvin Hagler? No shit Sherlock.

Nigel was also not as good as Sugar Boy Malinga, Michael Watson Chris Eubank and Steve Collins

  • The Dark Destroyer. Do your homework. One of the best to ever do it.

  • "when i mean tough i mean he can take an ass whooping" lol rogers just a funny guy!!

  • u got it spot on nigel...the best p4p in the world

  • jones wooda fuct benn up

  • @tonyteb

shame he didnt have the balls to fight him

  • @BIGFELLA123 i no too bad benn couldnt do it

  • @tonyteb

he fucked up gman. And RJJ was scared of gman as he was benn. Say what you want about benn, he was a warrior and feared no one. RJJ, as much as I loved him did face weak opposition

  • @BIGFELLA123 exactly. do you think roy could of done all his showboating and dancing around aginst benn or g-man.

  • @tonyteb not at middle weight

  • @vince201088 great imagination of the dark lips

  • Nigel's fights were the most entertaining....ever

  • Great call Nigel

  • haha roger mayweather look so innocent back then haha

  • floyd is great before, but when he see the punches of manny that deform faces he runs like a chicken

  • all these f-ing american fighters are overrated, great fighters yeh there a a joke man, too many white small dick racists in this place,

  • Damn you floyd! you are the one who should step on the table and fight pacquiao. Dump random blood test! Just show what you got.

  • @jendeh32 Coz hes punch drunk

  • "The Black Dude?" - Thats Nigel Benn mate

  • @d2h1 no hes talking about PBF LOOOOL

  • @d2h1 the dark destroyer kod g man mclellan greatest comeback ever.

  • @jendeh32 the black guy is from britain

  • BLACK GUY...BLACK GUY?

    LOLOLOLOLO.

He's name is Nigel Benn and he was one of the greatest middleweights of the modern age.

  • @imperialpod i wouldn't say he was one of greatest middleweights... he was a good fighter to watch though

  • @imperialpod yeah in the uk he was

  • @all10980 Shut up. Eubank and Benn are top fighters in any country. I'd rather get in a ring with RJJ or Hopkins than Nigel Benn, believe me.

  • @MrBbuds yea until collins came along lol

  • @imperialpod correction one of the greatest British (super)middleweights of the modern age.

  • @michaelkan1 why does it matter what country hes in if you dont find nigel benn a great exciting fighter you are not a boxing fan

  • @michaelkan1 correction one of the worlds greatest middleweights and super middleweights. dont hate if your american it wasnt benns fault what happened to mcclellan.. benn 48 bouts in 2 different weights and only 5 losses and 1 draw. 35 of them wins were by ko.

  • @notoriousb3nni Benn is certainly no all time great. To put him correctly into perspective. He was KO'ed by Micheal Watson who in his next fight came up against a real all time great in Mike Mc Callum. Watson was brually outclassed and beaten almost to death. In his pomp Benn was easily outclassed by, ahem, Sugar Boy Malinga a previous Eubank KO victim. Steve Collins was also way too much for Nigel. Twice. Benn was an exciting all action British fighter. Errol Graham was way better.

  • @michaelkan1 of course he is you fool. and everything you just said is all reasons why hes a legend.he lost a few cos he took any fight. all the true greats had a few losses. its your gayweathers and others like him who have no losses because they only take fights they know they will win. if mayweather faught pacman and other people that have challenged him then he would have a poorer record than benn.pacman has 3 losses and 2 draws to his name. should be 5 losses marquez was robbed

  • @notoriousb3nni Nigel is a legend because he has his ass handed to him by Sugar Boy malinga? Nigel is a legend because he quit (twice) against the superior Collins?

    I'm a "fool"?

Just because Nigel is a legend in your mind doesn't mean he is an all time great boxer now does it?

His early KO record was padded with total stiffs even Nigel called them Mexican road sweepers. The first 2 decent fighters he fought both stopped him.

  • @jendeh32 Say that to the black dudes face and you would become a retard, go and ask Mclellan.

  • @BLAGASPANTS way to be a fucking douche

  • great vid!
