I have a problem that no one seems to know about, I have been trying to fix this for 2 months now. I paid for a game, downloaded it but when it is over a error message comes up that says "Jewel Quest II has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available", then another error "server string missing Tokens 0/8" then the icon on the taskbar for the game disappears to the right, same with Explorer. HELP

I fixed it, But do you know the Task bar at the bottom? when i press start it doesnt show anything it only shows "log off" and "shut down" and my Start button is white and the rest of my bar is blue, whys that?
