I thank the big bang theory every day that people like this, the athiest experience and scholars like Richard Dawkins can give me comfort in the fact I'm not alone in my beliefs. When you meet people who simply won't understand logic and reasoning to benefit outdated and irrational ideas, things get a bit frustrating. There is no God figure in Buddhism. But there is many kinds of Buddhism too, so maybe. What is the reason for a person to come into this world diseased from birth, unable to function in day to day life without assistance. Some people are born with absolutely NO conscious understanding of what's going on around them. What is the reason for that? Reason is a human concept, not a universal one.

Many "athiests" are not athiests, but anti Christians. It's less about what you believe and more about what you don't sometimes. For example. A Buddhist is TECHNICALLY Athiest, there is no God in Buddhism, but Buddhists are very calm, kind and loving human beings, they give to the poor, they show love to all people even enemys etc They are not bad people just because they do not know Jesus.Also it seems you're implying Catholics are crazy freaks... There is no God figure in Buddhism. But there is many kinds of Buddhism too, so maybe. But what I find the major difference is from Buddhism or any religion reguardless of if there is a God or not, is I cannot stop from feeling horrible about a group of people who are just out there feeling like they're life has no perpose at all. Like they are just here for no reason, no point to anything. It's sad,and I feel like they must have had something happen or done ALOT of self conviencing to belive it

I want to be married to a beautiful Catholic woman and become a Chiropractor and help many people the way my chiropractor helped me. What is the reason for a person to come into this world diseased from birth, unable to function in day to day life without assistance. Some people are born with absolutely NO conscious understanding of what's going on around them. What is the reason for that? Reason is a human concept, not a universal one.
