@MsSpecialMe (over on the Jorin page and @orio667) howling, not screaming. It's called blues singing. Jordin is a great technical singer, but she lacks emotion and personality. Haley is exploding with personality, sex appeal, and impeccable timing. Not to mention that I wouldn't be able to pick Jordin's voice out of an R&B audio line up, while Haley's vocals are unmistakably 100% Haley Reinhart.

She got a record deal with Interscope because they CHOSE to give her one, not because they were contractually obligated to give her one for being voted into the top two by a segment of America with questionable taste. They have given her time to develop an album instead of quickly pushing one out. Jordin's album debuted in Nov and was considered "formulaic, but pleasant" as a result.

Looking back and comparing w last year while I enjoyed Haleys' audition she almost blew it in Hollywood week - 'till God Bless the Child served up her wake up call. I take all these shows for what they are worth - not much until some cream rises to the top. As for the crying stories - that's why we use the DVR - easy to get through an hour show in 25 minutes the only crying watched is when my wife has the remote.

@beast1022 Yep, always a laugh with those guys. I liked the Don't Need No Effing Treatment wing. Such great senses of humor. The best was when Renduke went fishing and we did not know where he was. With the maybe his wife killed him for replacing their wedding picture with Haley's picture. And, of course Haley House is the greatest. It was a laugh a minute for a while there. And Ms Haley just keeps bringing them in and keeping them here. Go Haley.

@beast1022 Beast - you definitely need to check in to Haley House- all of us still here could benefit. Only antidote for the continued addiction will be the new single. The sweet sound of Haley singing solo will be a good first step in the right direction. I hope it’s available at Walmart – I so miss going there!

@beast1022 A close friend of Haley's family has confirmed that she will be performing at Muhammad Ali's birthday thing at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Feb. 18th in Vegas. It will air on ABC on Feb. 25th. Oh, forgot to mention, she's performing with Slash!
