lols....now CONCORD doesnt screw around. Rather than take their time and rip you apart they one shot any capital up to titan in one go. Because CCP is so fearfull of an exploit(one does exist BTW) you can get anything into hisec titans and supercarriers included so CCP has upped the damage to instant capacitor drain and takedown.

ok guys for those of you who are clearly muppets. This was done on SiSi Server... it cost me only 30 minutes. how many newbs? youd clearly have to be one of them :P and i wudnt even be able to get u a unit of enriched uranium with what that cost.

He didn't. It's the test server where everything costs 100isk. CCP happily provides it to all EVE members. It's even more o fa sandbox there, where people fit anything they want with their current live server skills ( minus a few weeks of training time) and they can test fittings harm-free. He wasted nothing, it's just a copy of data from the live server so here you can expend what you want without care.

Call me crazy, but this is why I try and AVAOID low sec. systems. Unfortunatly I still have to constantly go through MARA sec. 4 system. Been shot down there 3 times, lost about 35 mil in cargo and ships in there total.
