It's a Hohner Piano 27 Melodica -- one of the best ones ever made, imho. The metal case really rings. They've been out of production for many years, but are readily available on eBay. Get one that looks well-cared for, as they can go somewhat out of tune over time. I've re-tuned a few with using Lee Oskar's harmonica tuning kit.
Consider also the similar Piano 26 model (C to C'').
i agree. i got the same melodica. i was going for the 26 but ppl bid like crazy for them on ebay. the vintage melodicas look a lot cooler and i llike the sound more
ironically i have reason to revisit this video to talk to you: have you ever tuned your melodica? it just happens I was trying to retune mine today and I can't seem to get the back plate off. since you are the only one i know with the same model do you know anything about this? i couldn't get one of the handle screws to come out
@Trixxterboy Sorry to have missed this question from you.. Yes, I've retuned a couple of these Piano 27 (and Piano 26) melodica, without any special difficulty getting them apart. Try pulling up on the strap fitting as you turn the screw. I used Lee Oscar's chisels to scrape the reeds, if I recall correctly...
The particular unit I'm playing here arrived in good intonation, but several others I've purchased are not really playable without significant returning.
@Trixxterboy Yep... I think that the metal bodies of the Piano 26 and Piano 27 resonate with a bright and lively tone that makes the plastic melodicas sound half-dead.
Awesome. I'll be ordering my melodica very shortly here. Love to see people taking advantage of the fact you can play full chords on the melodica. Rarely do they.
chords sound great on this. i dig the Fmaj7!!

I guess you never know when a pair of handcuffs might come in handy, for example, while playing melodica in your car.
