i honestly dont consider SSJ4 a saiyan transformation... more or less a Great Ape Transformation... Like Super Saiyan Great Ape... SSJ4 has too much difference from SSJ SSJ2 SSJ3 USSJ FSSJ LSSJ

Super Saiyan 4 had potential. But GT just did everything wrong with it.

The design is so different to the previous ssjs but there is no reason given in the show

The transformation was boring. Every other transformation something was happening: SSJ1: Lightning SSJ2: Whirlwinds and tremors SSJ3: Earthquakes and hurricanes. SSJ4: fu** all

The SSJ4 fights weren't impressive. The only thing he did that was different was a kamehameha that was red -_-

I know your comments like a month old but SF4 turned out good if anything its unique, it brought the tail back at the very least and it was mentioned on DBZ filler though that a SS could be a monkey SS so it makes sense that this could be considered alternate monkey SS or some crazy shit lol but i still find it original, lol and none of the other SSj's did anything new either in fact no new abilities were given to any of the SS levels i think, and tbh DBZ had too many filler fights and powerups.

Filler was made more than just to give the manga time to finish, they were actually spanning the series to life approved and contributed by toriyama while he was finishing the manga, toriyama stopped the manga at Z because he grew tired of continuing, he absolutely was through with deadlines, so he approved of the final sequel to dragon ball, which is GT
