This is bullshit! If you want to stop bill collectors there are three things that you should do! Firstly, You must never admit to owning the debt! Say that you payed already and they need to send proof. Secondly if they dont have proof then you must tell them to never call you and file a cease and dissest order. Third you must find the statue of limitations on your debt for the state you live in. If its expired, dont pay anything as you are being tricked into renewing it.
This is funny as a comedy. In reality if you don't want to talk to someone just let it go to voicemail..or just press your ignore button and it will go to voicemail.

We know that we sign contracts agreeing to pay later for goods and services recieved. Then later comes and we can't adhere to the agreement. The creditor, however, can and does. This results in everything from letters to liens and should come as no surprise because WE signed for it. Best way to stop a bill collector, PAY YOUR BILL!
