  • This is one of the finest videos on YouTube for preserving a piece of history - and honoring Max Fuchs and a group of brave, American soldiers - for eternity. This is what WWII was fought for. in a nutshell - a free world.

  • People, especially Christians (there are MANY Christians in the world), would like you jews so much more, if you could just bring yourselves to speak out the truth, that you were forced by your, Rabbi's, or atheïst marxist mafia, or ultra rich elite Bankers, to lie about the holocaust, and that in fact there were no gas chambers at all, and nobody of the so-called holocaust survivors has ever seen a gas chamber in any of the German controlled concentration camps.

  • God rejects you jews, because you refused to accept the real Mosschiach, who died for you on the Cross. Your lying and cheating mafia will cause your own complete ruination soon.

  • You sent to the death millions of white people (americans and europeans). You won a battle but not the war, the war will go on

  • Interesting! Thanks for uploading the video AJCnyc.

  • Oh my goodness, That's my Uncle Max. I had no idea until today about this. Simply amazing and very moving.

  • @bearbehr1

God Bless you Cantor. Baruch Hashem

  • i am so proud of you, Uncle Max. May you continue to be outspoken until 120!!

  • Chatimah Tovah everyone - this was just lovely.

  • Thank you and hatima tova leha.

  • I read about Mr Fuchs in today's NY Times and now have watched both this video and the service itself. For years it said he did not talk about this. These are important memories to preserve. How fortunate that he is in such outstanding intellectual condition that he can recount these events for us so clearly and eloquently.

  • We in US can pray without fear. Dont take it for granted, go to Synogogue this Yom Kippur, and enjoy the sounds

  • I really admire this man.

The event and explanation, and the clip itself are really moving.

I wish him many healthy, happy years to come.

  • Thanks you for serving and being such a great example!!

  • As the grandson of a WW2 survivor, USMC Gunnery Sergeant - OUR DEAD - are the cemetery (that you search through like a wilderness for one of yours) - did MY FAMILY DIE FOR MY FAMILY? No, we GAVE FOR OTHERS. Stop your self worship.

MY FIRST EVER - simple thank you, would be a welcome breeze. I have ww2 hero survivors to remember and honor - my mother's own father. I HAVE TO. No point in waiting for thanks from you.

  • What are you saying?? Silly and unnecessary! You were not there so please do not judge! Have a great Yom Kippur!

  • God bless!!

  • La Shana Tova. Thank you for your service.

  • As a Vietnam vet I thank you for your service.

  • Shana Tova to you and your family, Mr. Fuchs!

  • Thank you for your service and your bravery sir

  • wonderful!!

  • A very moving story. I couldn't help but notice that the description on the upper right of this page says the service was broadcast "after World War ll." This is incorrect. It took place months before the end of the war on German soil while the Holocaust was still underway. All the best to you Mr. Fuchs!

  • A beautiful story, beautifully and simply told. Your beautiful voice, singing the age old prayers on the battlefield is an inspiration for the generations.

  • Thank you, Mr. Fuchs for not only your service to our great country, but also for your deep faith. Happy New Year, Sir!

  • Great story! Read it today in the NYT and I am very moved. All the best to you, Mr. Fuchs. Best wishes from Germany!

  • i enjoyed your video. I was in Ft, Bragg too, but then we were shipped to the Pacific. Thank you for interview and the story in the new york times today. Happy New Year!

  • Your story means so much to me. As you said, one's feelings are hard to put in words. Thank you for your service and best wishes for a Happy New Year,

  • Your story moved me. We spent all of social studies class talking about your bravness, and dedication to jewdism. I'm facinated by your story. Thank you for your service to our country Mr. Fuchs.

  • Very moving. Shana tova.

  • Your story in the NYT this morning moved me. I will think about it throughout services this evening. It would be great if you could tour the country and share your story with us. Happy New Year sir.

  • Hello Mr. Fuchs from Bend, Oregon. I just read article about you in our local newspaper, and I wanted to just say thank you for your service sir. I'll be sure my kids hear your story also. Thank you so much!

  • Here's to you, Max. We'll tell your story to our kids after services tonight. Have a sweet new year.
