Is that 120 fps? I was also seeing a lot of flickering. I'm guessing that's the gopro adjusting to the subtle changes in lighting as the content in the frame changes. What metering mode were you using? Either way it looks good just maybe need to be tweaked for the circumstance? If the HD 2 is as good as the HD 1 at adjusting to changes in light then there should not be a problem. Can't wait to see what you can do with it.
