Croatia is OFFICIALLY 3rd world banana republic. With no infrastructure the economy has collapsed and the the people have gone back to their feral peasant ways of MURDERING, KILLING AND RAPING and praying on anything foreign. People have not been paid in months and even years in some cases. TOURISTS are the OBVIOUS MARK and are ROBBED and RAPED daily with police turning a blind eye. NO CLEAN water or electricity, NO clean hospitals, NO medicine..! NO THANKS - I'll choose some other place..

@matildakamberi dude, don't listen to him, he's a troll. I live in Croatia and never and i do mean NEVER has a tourist been raped. true, someone might steal your bag, but that can happen anywhere. Croats are among the frendliest people in the World, it's one of the reasons why we're such a popular tourist destination.

@matildakamberi all seasons are magic, but autumn and spring are the best. during the summer, when there are no rains and it's hot some of the waterfalls tend to lose on their volume and don't look very impressive. autumn and spring are the best. i've never been there in winter but everyone says that it's simply magic cause everything is frozen, some waterfalls even freeze and it apparently looks spectacular.

I'd say yes. I just went there, you have to walk a lot and at the end enjoy the ferry ride. I think 2 days is too much. You'll be tired and I bet you'll have seen it all in 1 day.

I was at Plitvice last week as a part of a cruise I went on - I think this was the highlight of the holiday - so beautiful!!
