These pride parades are seemingly bigger & bigger every yr...hello Omaha/howdi Fargo, your're still in the past! Carnival which is held in many cities throughout the Carribbean is a long term event, lasting a good week or longer whereas the pride parades and festival to follow all take place within the day. Carnival is bigger buit it's these pride parade that really take the cake. Vancouver Cda has theirs on the 1st sunday in Aug. & is 2 hrs long @ 2 mile route which folds @ Sunset Beach.

@ethan2480 West Hollywood's was great this year - 2011. It was overcast all day and some of us who were shirtless got a little sunburned, but who cares, we had a blast.
Pride parades are awesome, they bring our community together and the world sees us shine in all our glorious colors. Rainbows are amazing. Love from California.
