Try to sing the refrain an octave higher. Like the original. Thats not difficult when you sing the beginning of each verse without a problem.

I really like this! While I think Bob is truly one of the greatest writers of modern times, I was never very fond of his voice.  My favourite "Baby Blue" performances have been by The Dead, Joan Baez, and now 'spkbertsch' will be added to my list. Thanks for a most pleasant listening experience!
