Hi! Good Day, this is Perry from the Philippines. I work on a television network called GMA-7 TV Network. We are currently doing an environmental documentary about king cobras in Thailand. I wonder if we can borrow this video of snake charmers in India and be able to use it in our documentary. This will be of great help to us to strenghten our story. Thank you very much.... If you have questions please email me at bidoh_10@yahoo.com.ph.
poor snakes.. they are tortured and de-fanged.. and people are amused.. very sad.. please dont encourage such stuff brothers.. its our duty to protect other living creatures, as we hold the position of the most dominant specie on earth..
Although still performed in India, other parts of Asia, and North Africa, snake charming as a profession has declined in recent years because of wildlife protection laws and broader public knowledge about the reptiles. Snakes kept by charmers may have their teeth removed, venom ducts burst, and mouths sewn shut. ... snakes are virtually deaf."
