I heard they had to re-make a lot of the classic songs because the licenses on them were expiring. Some of them turned out better, some worse, some relatively unchanged. I'm still undecided on this one, simply because I LOVED the original with a passion.

Original Dynamite Rave use to be my favorite song of all time back when I first started playing years ago. While I'll admit, dynamite rave isn't the worst remake they've decided to do, its the fact that they replaced the song all together.

Yes, It ruins it. To me, The last good DDR was DDR 5th. Then it SLOWLY started dying. Less and less DanceMania songs, and more and more IIDX songs.

But it's not like they remade it for kicks. They had to remake it because the licenses with Paula Terry and Aaron G. were expired... Sadly.
