Before this he said that the commandments are like the operation manuel for spaceship earth,
That God said, this is how you opererate this planet, and we need to take that operation manuel and read those directions a little more carefully. Thanks for listening.

This is paganism. Man doesn't have that much control over the environment. He can't pray the sun away or pray storms away and he can't control the temperature of the earth with his thoughts or any technology that we've yet developed.

What Mankind can do though is make changes in the way we live and do things that in turn will have a different effect on the way things are done and the outcome.
FOr example if we know and devolop better ways of living and actually practise them then we are helping the enviroment and ourselves. So we can and do according to our knowledge. Praying for God to change our mistakes wont help us, learn anything. We have to make the changes to see them. All we can do is our invividual best

We cannot live without God his wisdom and direction.
Truly we need him and his guidance.
We need him now more than ever!
If you think about it he is our Land Lord!
and we are his tenants and he gave us this earth and the gifts of life and everything he made is for us.
We are thankful when we honor that
