@MrChickener This video, and most of my videos, are rendered in the Windows Media Video V11 format (WMV). Video: CBR, WMV9, 1920x1080, 1 (square), 29.970fps, 5 sec/kf, 8sec /override compression buffer, Video smoothness; 100. Bit Rate 6M. Audio: CBR, WMA9.2, 192 kbps, 48Khz, streo (A/V) CBR. Those are the exact settings I used to render. This 18 minute tutorial was ~300MB. Not bad for 1080p.

@LeonHDGaming You could hold control when stretching it, however you'll get audio distortion. The audio length has been cut to 10 seconds or so, and it's not meant to be used as anything other than a short intro.

Hey @phqxcellent. I'm using a program called Camtasia Recorder 7 to record my screen. It's a great screen recording program. Once recorded - I export the recording in an uncompressed AVI. From there, I edit it in Sony Vegas. :)
