Hahahahahaha damn. You must have SUCKED BIG TIME at SFIV then. SFIV is the first SF game I've ever gotten into, and all the characters are well balanced, except maybe Zangief. Shoto characters can and are beat all the time. I main Ryu and Ken, but I have used Cammy to beat plenty of Kens, Ryus and Akumas. Balrog is not a charge character and he is one of the most powerful characters in the game. You just suck at it man, period lol.
