Meri Jaan.. can you please tell me the history of Balawaristan... it is a an imaginery name taken from nowhere... You know that Gilgit and Baltistan have always fought each other annd never had been thay together as a same country..How come you can create a nonsence nation without any bonding aand common history and heritage..Gilgit and Baltistan are bonded together in an adminitrative setup..they are not a nation... the only Glue joining them together is Pakistan...

The only instance that the whole area has been called as Bolor is when Al Beruni came closer to modern day Astore via Kashmir..he had described the area with high mountain peaks and called it Bolor..but we can not take the name for the whole area as he may be pointing towards a particular area..As far as Baltistan is concerned it has been always called as little tibet...it means we should all call for unification with Tibet..it is ridiculous I think...

Great Boloristan is known to have sent ambassadors to the Chinese... "We Want Freedom from Pakistan's illegal occupation. Pakistan must Quit Balawaristan (Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) by Complying UNCIP Resolution. No package, no Pakistan. We want free Balawaristan."

Dear Bro,

I think I have also read some books about the History of Gilgit Baltistan. I had never ever found anywhere that Gilgit and Baltistan as a single state apart from the Balti occupation of Gilgiti territory during the 15th and 16th century when the great army of Ali Sher Khan Anchan Invaded and subdued most of Dard territory and upper portions of Chitral, this lead to the some of the cultural influences of Baltistan on Dard areas like Polo etc....
