I'm willing to admit that Celtic fans have not always been perfect (a hell of a lot better than yours) but not perfect. My grandfather, a Scottish nationalist fought with the British army in WW2 for no love of the union and many other men were the same you should also know plenty of Irish people fought the Nazi's to. I have never seen a nazi salute done at Ibrox, there have been idiots doing it when we play German teams to noise up their fans, and then of course there are the misguided red hand thingy associated with NI. You don't believe that red hand bollocks do you? And so what if an ex Celtic player did it he wasn't playing for Celtic at the time nor is he a Celtic fan. The majority of Celtic fans are left wing now selling items with Che Guevara on them outside the stadium etc. It's because Irish republican politics are usualy left wing. Whereas loyalism (especialy in Ulster) is connected to the BNP, NF etc.

A flag that stands for liberty and freedom. Everything about celtic fc and catholicism to date has stood for breaking this system down, and no amount of rewriting of history, and modern day revisionism will ever change this.

You could start by reading the book "The Old Firm" by Bill Murray. In this you will find the proof of your inaccuracies, the type of which are becoming increasingly commonplace from celtic fans, and yet they have the cheek to pontificate about knowing of history.

Both parts are lies you idiot. Rangers had RC personnel many decades prior to the 80's. Celtic on the other hand had a board meeting around the turn of the century, which included debating whether to include Protestant players. In a country which, at that time, had a lowly 10% RC population, the motion was carried to allow Protestants. A no-brainer given the limitations on playing personnel had they stuck with just having papes.
