Oh wow. I have been in reiki for years and I find this video very off. I will give them credit they did some research on reiki research for the video but the woman talking about angles and spirits and so forth is a bit over the top and not part of reiki practice.
Being christian doesnt mean you cant use your energy for good while calling on the name of Jesus and God. But yes as soon as you open yourself up to the spiritual world be prepared because it will change your life... its all about intent...if your intent is to use your energy for good and in the name of God and put nothin above Him, then it is so, and no demon can touch you.

I was told by my teacher that you/I can only do good when practicing Reiki on someone, also that I had to ask the person's permission before I could be a channel to help them, and that it is not my energy which does the work, it is universal energy. Sometimes it is not in the persons best interest to be healed, they have to experience their pain in order to learn. What this woman is saying does not resonate with me, but it's her experience. I get annoyed that anything not of Jesus is Satanic.

I have practiced Reiki for 2 years. I only practice on myself. I used to have paralysis moments before I started practicing. Let me point a few things out.
1) You will notice that Lynne is "turning herself over", she repeats this multiple times. She never had control. She had no right practicing on other people.
2) She admits that she deviated from what she was taught. Raising her right had and lowering her left put her in the image of Baphomet. (5:30 "threw everything out the door") cont.
Now, if you place yourself in the image of a demon and deviate from what you were taught .. well you can add.
3) Lynne makes no reference to protection. In Reiki you learn that you must cleanse and seal the space then draw up protection before the session ever starts. More proof that Lynne should have never practiced.
4) In Reiki you as a practitioner never allow any spirit to just come in and work with you on your client. You are the filter. Cont.
Demons may show themselves however this is due to lack of protection. It is your job to make them expose themselves. If she deviated from what she was taught she obviously deviated on how to set up protection.
5) Because she "turned herself over" the demons knew she was weak and easily deceived. Thus they made her "set up portals". Therefore any protection she attempted to set up didn't matter because she made them a door to walk right through.

Later on, a shortened form of training involving attunements was created. The attunement process raises the vibrational rate of the person to the point where a special connection can be made to the source and a link established.
Respond to this video... similar to symbols used in earlier system. The distance symbol is actually five kanji characters that have been combined in a special way to create a sutra. The master level symbol is also a combination of kanji characters combined in a special way to form a sutra.
Whether or not a Reiki Master Teacher charges for the attunement is up to them unless they are part of a school that requires a specific fee to be charged.

The symbols themselves do not contain power ... they are triggers that in combination with the mantra (ie, symbol name) provide mnemonic devices to trigger certain pathways and links placed into the conscious and subconscious mind during the attunement process that allow specific energies to be tapped.

Just because something does not look evil does not mean it is not. Discernment can show you what is of God and what isn't. That cannot happen without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God. Reiki comes from the source of all things. It is guided by that source and it can do no harm. It is NOT from the devil. The Reiki practitioner is a conduit for the healing energy from the source. Reiki practitioners do not heal - we are only the pipe that the energy flows through.
Reiki is a very specific form of energy and to tap into that energy you must be attuned.

The bible was put together the way it was largely to control the populace and make the empire (Rome) strong again, as well as to do something about the Christian rebels and protesters. I can't agree with this lady. Reiki is love and cannot be harmful. This interview is very misleading and this lady is pretty closed minded. I'm sorry what she has gone through though. I was told by my teacher that you/I can only do good when practicing Reiki on someone, also that I had to ask the person's permission before I could be a channel to help them, and that it is not my energy which does the work, it is universal energy. Sometimes it is not in the persons best interest to be healed, they have to experience their pain in order to learn. What this woman is saying does not resonate with me, but it's her experience. I have practiced Reiki for 2 years. I only practice on myself. I used to have paralysis moments before I started practicing. Let me point a few things out.
1) You will notice that Lynne is "turning herself over", she repeats this multiple times. She never had control. She had no right practicing on other people.
2) She admits that she deviated from what she was taught. Raising her right had and lowering her left put her in the image of Baphomet. (5:30 "threw everything out the door") cont.

Later on, a shortened form of training involving attunements was created. The attunement process raises the vibrational rate of the person to the point where a special connection can be made to the source and a link established.

The symbols themselves do not contain power ... they are triggers that in combination with the mantra (ie, symbol name) provide mnemonic devices to trigger certain pathways and links placed into the conscious and subconscious mind during the attunement process that allow specific energies to be tapped.

Reiki comes from the source of all things. It is guided by that source and it can do no harm. It is NOT from the devil. The Reiki practitioner is a conduit for the healing energy from the source. Reiki practitioners do not heal - we are only the pipe that the energy flows through.
Reiki is a very specific form of energy and to tap into that energy you must be attuned.

What do you think "faith healing" is? There are people throughout history who have had powers to heal by the laying of hands. @cshook123 The bible was wriiten by men - MEN - and put together about 1700 years ago at the Council of Nicea. Acts was written long after the death of Christ by someone who never even met him. The bible was put together the way it was largely to control the populace and make the empire (Rome) strong again, as well as to do something about the Christian rebels and protesters. The bible itself is heavily flawed and contradicts itself.

And yes, they were all written by the time of the council, but they decided which books to include, which not to, and even altered texts to allow them more control. The bible is a work of evil, written by corrupt and evil men. Then over the centuries, it was altered even more.

Both me and my husband are Reiki masters, never charge for our work, and we see everyday the results of our work. We have given attunements to both our daughters. The only thing that resembles a cult is Christianity. Being a light worker is about freedom, about connecting with the Creator (what Christians call God) on higher levels. As an EX Spiritualist,I often meet folk who did Reiki but left it too,some just did Reiki without talking to spirits or spirit guides,but some did both.Either way,they eventually became aware that the spiritual energies they were tapping into werent as nice as they 1st thought+that when these energies or spirits were asked to leave or confronted by the Name of Jesus,they got abusive or violent+showed their tru evil identity.That happened to me+my Mum too,its more common than u think! The devil doesn't heal. Faith heals. But it doesn't matter what what the faith is in, Jesus said satan won't cast out satan. You can be healed by your own faith, and that is entirely scriptural.
However just because you have enough faith , even in the wrong thing, to be healed, it doesn't mean that you aren't deceived. God's laws will still work even if it's exploited or used for evil.

A strong delusion will be given to those who seek after other means of salvation so we must be careful of the type of spirits we are entertaining. Lynne Dickie is required to heal herself before she attempts to heal others and she as a lot to heal due to orthodox Christianity. I can't agree with this lady. Reiki is love and cannot be harmful. This interview is very misleading and this lady is pretty closed minded. I'm sorry what she has gone through though. That just shows that Reiki is not for everyone to get and even understand what it is. You need to educate yourself, you need to actually feel that you want and NEED it before getting your initiation. Most people 'blindly' accept these initiation offers, and then as a result - blame their problems on reiki.
