I've started with Magpie. I like how you can approve the comments to make them more related to your blog. I think as long as you don't do like 1 ad per tweet it should be fine. Just keep the ad number under control, and everyone will be happy :).

I think Magpie will be the equivalent to Google Adsense. A great idea, but low quality. I don't want to put Adsense on my blog, and I'd rather not dilute my Tweets with ads. Also they don't pay out until you hit 50 euros, so likely they will end up keeping proceeds from all of it.

Please please please don't use Magpie. I've seen a few people use it and I instantly un-follow. I have no problem with advertising, referral links, etc...but allowing an advertising service to post in your stream? No way. Would you let Google AdSense automatically insert posts on your blog?

I use Adsense on selected blogs (not all of them), but I'm still reluctant to use Magpie on the Twitter account that's associated with my monetized blogs. I see an important difference between Adsense and Magpie; the Adsense content is easily delineated from other content, while Magpie content is basically another tweet, just like any other tweet. However, I haven't seen a Magpie ad yet; @beamagpie doesn't appear to use its own service.
