You're right! Just flew a 2008 X edition turbo and the ceiling is FL 250.

The most amazing thing was the Auto-pilot. We were able to engage right after take-off, fly our pre-planned route (on course) and disengage at only 5 ft. above the runway!

Downside - $650,000.00!!!
