  • Greatest death scene ever!

I always laugh everytime I watch it.

  • that was the man that played pee wee

  • ABS HILARIOUS!

  • Impossible to play a violin with gloves, but , well, the whole show was pretty silly.

  • Missing 2 awesome lines:

Lefty: We're immortal Buffy we can do anything!

    Buffy: Oh, Yeah? Clap!

  • like i act this out in class....

  • 6 people have no sense of humor.

  • Almost 20 years later and this STILL cracks me the fuck up!

  • Is the Vampire playing the Violin suppose to be Dracula?

  • @TheCajunGambit1 It is Lothos!

  • What is the song that the Vampire is playing on the Violin?

  • @SamFisher147

have discovered the music of the violin whose is it?

  • Bro got shanked with a ruler! School has finally become useful!

  • I still don't understand this. Why doesn't he just die like the others? What is the significance of the violin? In the words of Peewee himself I DONT KNOW!!

  • @GetGeekInc

He doesn't die like the others because he is amazing, the violin isn't effecting his death, its effecting her by like hypnotizing her i guess. And now you know.

  • no way! that vampire was peewee herman!?

  • Its so funny how he dies making those noises and kicking the wall LOL

  • best death scene in any film. EVER.

  • i laugh my ass off every time i see this

  • You know he is not really playing the violin right

  • So much bettter when they have the common decency to just *POOF* turn into dust..

  • Everytime I see this I expect to see him get up and say "Hey I'm not actual dead!". hahaha.

  • whoever says this is worse than the tv show is a ninny and needs to get off the tv shows dick

  • Haha used to watch nd act out this scene wit my friends all the time... Cracks me up every time

  • Wtf is that song called???

  • @cameragirl90 no, the movie came before the tv show so it sets every thing up. the original writer ( Joss Whedon) was so disappointed that the movie was so bad (he wrote the script and gave the idea but really wasn't involved otherwise)he wrote a script for a tv series that he would be involved in. And that's why the series exists because he knew Buffy was better than that movie. In my opinion the movie is really bad compared to the series but its good for a few laughs.

  • I still remember this scene from when I was at 2nd grade. Brings back so much memories.....

  • still priceless after many years.

  • He completley improviesed his death scene (: Kudos to you, Paul!

  • I think this part is really funny!!!!!

  • OSCAR PLEASE

  • lol. Paul Reubens was so hilarious in this scene.

  • @TheAltair4

He was funny in this part but did you know he jerked off in an adult theater the year before making this? his show got canned because of that and he went to do this movie to make more money to pay off the fines

  • @Johnlindsey289 Yes, i know what he did. It was a shame that his show got cancelled because of it because it was great.

  • It's soooooo bad... and so funny.

  • idk why but I lose my shit each time he kicks the wall

  • am i the only one who sees the irony of him clasping his woody as he dies? seriously though, long live peewee! :)

  • @orbitalsatellite This was the first movie he made after he was arrested. He told South-by-Southwest that he did it because "it was offered to him" and he felt he needed to do something quickly; otherwise, he thought he'd "spook himself out of show business." He also said he had a clause in his contract that he could look as much like his mugshot as possible -- couldn't tell if he was kidding, though.

  • i sware the actor who does lothose is trying not to laugh

  • lol i love her face! She's like "Really? Is this really happening? You're the dumbest vampire known to man."

  • i still dont get this in the movie they seemed like buffy was a senior and in the series they made her a sophmore

  • the original buffy movie was sooooooooo much better than the crappy tv series

  • Just thought I'd point out that the 'stake' used is really a wooden school ruler. Which means that his 'dying by inches' (taking a long time to die) makes perfect sense. It also makes it all the more amusing.

  • I LOVE this movie! And this scene! This is SO funny!!! LOL! I could laugh for hours watching this!

    <333

  • Thats pee wee hurman

  • ooh ahh ohh ohh ahh if you sing it s a good song

  • I love this movie...it's hard to pick the best Buffy, they both did good jobs. This part of the movie is so funny, I love how buffy just stands there it looks like shes thinking WTF lol

  • best part of the movie. Post

  • He doesn't die, though.

  • Let me just say the most epic death in all of film history! XD

  • Hilarious

  • Anyone seen Fright Night? My professor suggested that this death was making fun of one particularly long death scene from that film.

  • iv watched this probably thirty times now and it gets funnier every freakin time!

  • Hahahahaha!

  • I'm watching this dvd right now, good stuff. I grew up with this!

  • I read that the girl who played Buffy (Kristy Swanson) auditioned for the "Gina" role in Big Top Pee-wee, but didn't get the part because she was considered to be too young at the time. I guess she was treated okay, though, since she returned the favor to Paul Reubens for this movie (which was made after he had his run-in with the vice cops). IMDB says he completely improvised this scene ... how did the other two keep a straight face? ;)

  • @Gumboz1953 I don't think casting the role was up to her.

  • CLAP!

  • Don't foget Rutger Hauer too. I think his performance in this overall weak movie was pretty memorable. No suprise that the vampire LeStat from the Anne Rice novels was actually based on Rutger Hauer's performance in this movie.

  • @NemeanLion

Nope. Anne Rice wrote Interview with the Vampire in 1973, and published it in '76. Lestat has nothing to do with Rutger Hauer.

  • @CountBleh Go into your search engine, type "Lestat Rutger Hauer" and see what comes up.

  • @NemeanLion

Indeed. My response was poorly worded. Rutger Hauer's performance in this 1992 movie certainly didn't inspire the character of Lestat in her novel

  • I remember this from back when I was a kid. I love the part where he kicks the wall!

A funny way to die. Gotta love dark humor.

  • @perdedoronline agreed, this was supremely awesome as a kid. Still is...

  • And the funny part is, is that all this was improfised by Paul Ruebens.

  • @wolfpup3311 , ah wow. I knew never that.

  • @wolfpup3311 , it's funny how they stayed in character during this.

  • 4 people wish they'd died

  • i absolutely love this scene! he's about to die and he just keeps moaning "aaa, oouuu, aaaa!" and he's like "ok, so now i'm supposed to die or what?" i just love him! he's so funny!

  • I grew up watching pee wee and for years I didn't know this was him, hilarious.

  • Best death scene in the entire history of movies

  • @CeeJaay84 Agreed and the funniest lol

  • Joss Whedon did help with this movie, his name is in the credits. It was made waaay before the TV series, and is a continuation from the movie.

  • the death of fucking edward cullen

  • best death ever!!

  • hahah I love it!

  • The 'stake' that Buffy used was so wimpy, lol. I had to comment on it.

  • @Delisyn It's a wooden school ruler. Get it? The vamp was dying by inches.

  • @elusivecritter LMFAO Nice.

  • My fave Vampire death scene EVER!

  • Wtf!? Lol! xD

  • ...i just found out this was peewee ...i love this scene!!

  • Is this supposed to be stupid?

  • Just saw this movie for the FIRST time the other day. This was definitely the funniest moment of the movie!

  • wtf lol its soooo random.

  • If all vampires died like that I would become a vampire slayer just so that I could watch them die and laugh my ass off.

  • lol......i love this part

  • Okay, is this B-movie awesome, or parody induced laughter?

  • I'm going out like that if I ever get a stake through my heart

  • HAHAAHAHAHA THAT was FUNNY im going to act like him in my acting class now lol

  • wtf just die already!!!!!

  • and this scene only is still better than twilight, lol

  • Think I should see this movie? Will it be disappointing if I've seen the whole series of Buffy and Angel first?

  • @6bez10 You'd be soooo disappointed, this is the movie that got rewritten so much that pretty much all of Joss Whedon's idea's went missing. This is the movie where Joss Whedon got so angry by all that, he went of stage and stayed away for 3 days. This is the movie where Joss Whedon insisted on his name not being mentioned in the credits. This is the reason why the series of Buffy and Angel got created.. To give Buffy a second chance after failing this hard.

  • @KeybladeMaster009 Joss whedon helped make the movie?

  • @Delisyn Thanks to him buffy was born, he is the mastermind behind the character.

Believe me, if u wanna see something that includes buffy AND vampires.. STICK TO THE TV-SERIES!! ^.~

  • @Delisyn nope, it was before his time.

  • Every time I see this I'm like WTF!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • Dude, Paul Reuben is so much better as a vampire than Robert Paterson. Plus, I just love the look he gives Kristy there, as well as the kicks against the wall.

  • pee wee looks like nicholas cage ^^

  • I only wish Rutger Hauer will be playing the violin at my death.

  • lol I remember laughing almost to tears in the theater when I saw this

  • LOL

    Talk about improvising a scene.

  • Truly the best death ever... 5/5 and favorited.

  • rather. what song is he playing on the violin???

  • Schumann's Piano Quintet Es-dur op. 44

  • @beckbackler

    Specifically part 2

  • I gotta go see if this is on iTunes.

  • love it im so gonna see it

  • He's the sexiest vampire ever. :]

  • I haven't seen the movie yet...but I am sure it is a must see movie for Paul fans...lol.. But I'll get it soon 8)

  • When I watched the movie i thought he was faking, turns out he wasn't.

  • still isn't dead at the end of the film lol! best vampire death ever lol!

  • @Zurcness Haha For sure!glad i'm not the only one who thinks so;)

  • Beyond classic

  • wtf? bahahaha!

  • One of the best vampire death scenes ever.

  • @mmmmmvodka Funny thing it was all Improv. If you notice Rutger Hauer stops playing the violin for a brief moment and if you look at Buffy she has this look like what do I do keep smiling??

  • @mmmmmvodka

Not only Vampire Death scenes.. best Death scen of all time lol

  • luv that violin melody

  • He Dies Soo Funny!!!love this movie!!love him!!FUCK EDWARD!!!!BITE ME PAUL REUBENS!!!!!!!!!:D:D

  • @ilovepaul55 You're right lol, Edward's got nothing on Paul Reubens. *droollll....*

  • LOL, i love this part. "less than fresh"

  • my favorite part

  • lamo this scene it funny.. just keep lond to death

  • Donald Sutherland was great in this movie, but everybody else just left me wanting. Kristy Swanson was okay in the title role, though at times she made Keanu Reeves in THE MATRIX look like an emotionally rich performer. Luke Perry just sort of mumbles (and bumbles) his way through. But worst of all was Rutger Hauer as the boss of the vampires. He was obviously trying to imitate Vincent Price, but instead he came off atrocious and embarrassing.

  • All my favorite parts include Paul Reubens in this movie.

"You ruined my new jacket! Kill him a lot!"

  • I love how he takes a second in the middle of his dramatic death to look at buffy as if to say "are you getting all of this" lol...oh yeah and the wall kicking is really good too

  • And all the time, Lothos is just playing his violin like he doesn't give a damn!

  • How dramatic.

  • no the part where peewee goes eeeeeohoohh ahhh eee ahh ooo after buffy stakes him

  • HAAAAHAHAHAHAHA i alwase rewind the movie to see that part over and over

  • creepy on your part

  • They always get the staking scene wrong in the movies. It's supposed to be an mountain ash, white-thorn or oak wooden stake, delivered in one blow as Buffy did, or three depending on the regions, but going THROUGH the entire body pinning it to the ground, not standing. Pinning the corpse to the ground causing the natural putrifucation to exert it's force, or essentially render the vampire helpless for beheading or cremation or both, the actual coup de grâce.

  • I'm so glad this was posted. Best death scene ever. lmao.

I did not know that was Pee Wee up until 2 weeks ago.

  • Only good part in the entire movie.

  • best scene in the movie. luv it. so funny

  • What the...don´t kill Paul Reubens LOL

it´s allready enough seeing him in another movie splitted in half!!!!

All my fav. actors die in movies o_o

ha ha ha this scene is funny though!^^

  • WHA O_O What movie was that?!

  • I only saw a clip, I think it´s The Tripper

  • it's buffy the vampire slayer..

  • Whats the song played on the violin?

  • The theme from the 2nd part of Schumann's Piano Quintet Es-dur op. 44

  • LMFAO. When I watched this the first time it literally took me until the credits to figure out if he actually died or not.

  • are there any video's of the credits ?

  • I don't think so...what do you need them for?

  • well i saw his death the other night on the movie, and i just missed the credits, and saw a glimpse of him again, and wanted to know what actualy happened during the credits :(

  • Nothing happened in the credits. They just stop for a second to show you that he isn't dead yet. He gets up, "oohs" and "ahs", then falls down dead, again.
