@jaymangu FALSE! I've always fed him topnotch food. He rarely ate feeder fish, and the ones i fed him were either bred by me (guppies if you check out my guppy breeding videos) and goldfish bred by a friend which were very healthy. I'm 110% sure that his death has nothing to do with eating live fish!

I've just now come across your videos, and i'm really sorry for your loss, but i watched all your oscar videos and i really enjoyed them, it looks like you gave him a very good 3 years and he always looked very happy.
So sorry about it , next time try to add some "ultrabite" it will make im go crazy about food. Also if he dogged holes in gravel and set there without eating try to fill it out in a mean while ill get back to eating again .
So sorry to hear about this loss. I just recently lost my male pink Convict I'd had for about a year and a half. Your O was pretty funny in the HB video when it saw the food bag.

I cant believe what I'm seeing. I remember long ago back when i got my first albino tiger, you commented to me that you also had just gotten a very cool little albino tiger and I've been following his progress ever since. This honestly really does pain me to see but im sure its nowhere near how you must feel. I'm very sorry it had to end like this. He was a great oscar and I'm sure i will still most certainly be going back and looking at your vids of him for a long time to come
@BingX14 yeah i know, i still can't believe it :( i actually when back and looked at pretty much all the videos i made of him, it sucks knowing he is gone but i know i tried my best to give him the best life possible so it's alright i guess..
@dreamerguy91 yeah i feel ya, you took very good care of him. I know for certain he meant a hell of a lot more to you than "just a fish" Oscars really do become a part of the family. I'm sorry man =/..any plans on starting new with another young oscar?
@BingX14 maybe sometime in the future but not right away..i'm either going to turn it into a community tank or couple small to medium size cichlids, not so sure right now still thinking. (i'm open to any ideas though)

@foresaken797 I know it sucks..and i did the EXACT same thing, all my friends and family members know how much i love this fish so when some birthdays come i just post a link of the happy birthday video. I'm gonna miss him, but it's nice to know that he brought joy to more than people that i just know, thanks!
thats brutal did u test ur water and see what was wrong with it i mean really it could just be the age they live 3 to 10 yrs but i mean anything coulda happened he coulda eaten a pellet of gravel and it got stuck in his intestine to be honest thats the most likely thing if u found no sign of parasite and or ich or gill infection i was looking at the video closely and it looked like a healthy fish to me minus he was laying down may have also went end to end in the tnak and hit his head common w o
@zachbeck2022 yeah i checked the water it was all good. when i gave him some pellets he would just try one and spit it out and that's what made me go out and try all kinds of food because it thought maybe he got tired of the pellets, but nope even live food he showed no interest. It just sucks no knowing exactly what or why this happened, but i tried everything i could...
This is just another casualty in the use of feeder fish.
