OMFG ! I was so excited about all the cool stuff they have for the Nook. I was just about to have an orgasm until I saw that dude at Jack Spade's. Damn. He looked dead; just propped up in that $1500 Jack Spade folding designer chair or whatever it is. It scared me. I thought he must have pased away while he was waiting to be enterviewed. He never did move and he never got very emotional about the Jack Spade products. That ruined by sexual experience.

Hello,I really like the nook e-reader,but it has a incredible slow start up compared to the kindle2 or kindle dx. It takes a minute to a minute and a half to start up compared with the kindle by amazon that only takes 2-3 second's. Does anyone know if there will be a firmware update to fix this problem. I have the latest firmware on my nook,which is 1.2.0,which does improve the nook in some way's,but it did not speed up the start up time,which need's fixed. Please let me know ASAP!!!

Actually no. Anywhere that sells e-books in the right format (e-pub I believe.) Also check out Project Gutenberg for thousands of free books. Lastly you can put Mp3 audio books on your nook that you either buy or get from the library.

This is almost creepy. The idea of spending hundreds of dollars, or even fifty dollars on a cover for a ereader really makes me want to just go buy a fucking paper back book.... AT A GARAGE SALE !

I hate the straps & box thing on the bottom of the inside of the cover. The Kindle 2 has two hinges on the side that just snap in its covers. You barely see them.

It's on At&t wireless service which sucks ! Plus the Lendme is cool but you can only share out a book once which is a big disappointment.

Same here but we would save a few polar bears!! Do the math. 1 tree= numerous books and to cut down the tree it takes a chain saw and chain saws take gas which melts the ice and kills animals!!! LETS GO GREEN WITH ONE MORE THING!!!
