  • Nice one, keep on training!

  • don't force the 540, you will destroy your right leg/ankle. practice tornado kicks more. for butterfly kick, try to kick left leg harder.

    nice butterfly twist though

  • ok thanks for the tips... and i have tornado kicks and i can usually do 540 but now for some reason i either put too much power in the kick on accident and i over twist or i dont put enough into it and that happens (what happened during the vid)
