Almond Doo ... Hmm, good nickname. Ahmadu Jah (stage name: Jarr) is a percussionist who was born and raised up until his late teenage years in Sierra Leone. He attended college on scholarship in London during the early '60's. Around '64 he moved to Stockholm to study electrical engineering. Ahmadu was a recognized traditional drummer during his youth. In Stockholm he was picked-up by celebrated songwriter Cornelius Wreesvijk and toured with him for three years. Later ABBA used his congas.

Ha Ha ... Dude, I do have a life. Admittedly I crossed-up the referencing in this posted video comment, but that's just the nature of having a lot of things cooking. Check-out this channel if you are really curious about my field of work.
